CVS talked my wife into purchasing the CAREPASS membership, which costs $*.** per month and they supposedly send you coupons and discounts. They charge the $*.** per month every month, and we get coupons in the mail. However, when we try to use any of them at CVS, we are told we do not have an account, and they refused to accept the coupons or discounts! So i went home and tried to cancel the CAREPASS membership, I get the customer service center, which is in the Philippines or some other asian country, and they can not cancel the account because, they say, it is under some other person's name!!! I have no idea who else's name could be on that account! I want all CAREPASS accounts under my name or my wife's name cancelled and I want CVS to stop charging my credit card account the $*.** each month! My name is Alan Holtz, My wife's name is Maria Holtz. Our phone number is ***-***-****, or cellphone ***-***-****. Our email is A*****@***.com or M*****@***.com. the credit card CVS is charging each month ends in ****. There must be a way to look up an active CVS Carepass membership with this information and CANCEL it! That is all I am asking for, but the CAREPASS customer service refuses to cancel it and keeps charging me $*.** per month!
