My doctor sent a prescription to CVS store number**** for a schedule * medication for my severe pain. The prescription was sent on July *st. The pharmacy manager refused to fill it. She said were not filling anything from that doctor. Dr. Garland Greene wrote the prescription, because he is not approved for Medicare the Pharmacy thinks his prescriptions are no good. That Medicare exemption is only for insurance. I know I have to pay for this doctors prescriptions The doctors dea and medical license are valid and there is no reason this pharmacist won't fill my medicine. I have been getting this doctors prescriptions at this store. Because the prescriptions are sent electronically I can't take the script to another drug store. This is keeping me from my medical treatment. I didn't even get ** day notice to arrange alternative means to fill it next time. I am in severe pain. I have had a triple bypass open heart surgery, Two heart attacks two strokes, waiting for surgery for peripheral artery disease with numerous blockages. chronic pain from a birth defect in my back. I just want and need to get my Rx filled. Thank you, Terry Bailey
