Not happy at all. I waited over * hours for the robot to catch a rep and call me. Nothing ever happened. I really need my refund. I was told you had received the merchandise. I don't understand why there is such a long time getting my credit. I mailed them to CVS.com in Indianapolis, IN with the label that was attached to my receipt. Get a credit on my credit card for purchase as they have been returned. ... On April **,**** I ordered what I thought was * pair of Futuro support hose. As soon as they arrived in the mail and I opened the package, I knew they were compression hose and not support. My doctor had explicitly said support, not compression. I had to hold them until June *, **** before I could mail them back for a return. If it was $*.** it would not matter to me so much, but it is $**.**. I called over a week ago and was told to call back in about a week if it had not been credited to my credit card. Thus far it has not been. The order number was *********. My name is Peggy John, ***** Clearwater Dr, Rolla, MO *****. I was told by someone at CVS.com that it showed that there was a ZERO balance on that order which meant they had been returned and credit should be coming shortly. I tried to call today (July **, ****) and was cut off while someone tried to transfer me to the proper individual. Please help me get this resolved. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to loose $**.**. Thank you.
