The issue in GetHuman-reinasch's own words
i had difficulty paying for an online order. I gave up after three times... but the last time said the problem was my credit card. I called Capital One and they said the charge actually went through but it went through TWICE. I tried three times to use your *-*** customer service and it kept giving options that did not apply... and then would disconnect. THere was NO option that got you to a person. One time, the last time, it sounded like someone's personal cell answered...and they hung up. What's going on. I made ONE order of vitamins and toothpaste for $**.xx to be delivered to my office address and paid by my personal visa card... There are now TWO duplicate orders and I have NO email confirmation from CVS for either order. You charge me, you had better send me the goods. I will return the duplicate order - if I get any orders... but rather than put the *nd charge in dispute, Capital one said to give you a chance to delete the duplicate order. Please contact me.

GetHuman-reinasch did not yet indicate what CVS.com should do to make this right.
