The decision-maker who priced a cheap loaf of white bread at $4 needs to reconsider their choices. I reside in a working-class neighborhood in East Las Vegas, not in a ritzy area like Newport, RI. I frequent the CVS on East Flamingo Rd three times weekly. As a disabled senior surviving on Food Stamps and SSA, I find this steep price unfair and exploitative. It feels like a betrayal to me, other taxpayers, USDA, and SNAP recipients. This is not about fancy imported bread; it's basic white bread. Let's move away from castle mentalities and remember customers are not medieval subjects. Let's prioritize fairness over profit. Thank you.

I am concerned about the CVS located at [redacted] East Commerce Street in Brownwood, Texas, [redacted]. Normally, we have not faced any issues with getting our prescriptions filled there. However, recently there has been a noticeable delay in prescription fillings. During our last visit, we observed only one pharmacist and one pharmacy technician on duty, whereas we have previously seen multiple technicians working. I am wondering if CVS has reduced its staff or if some employees are unwell and unable to fill their positions. This same situation seems to be happening at our other CVS store on Austin Avenue in Brownwood, Texas. The staff at the Commerce Street location always exceeds our expectations, putting the customer's needs first. Pharmacist Garmy is particularly diligent and even knows us by name. I have been a long-time customer of CVS in Logansport, IN, but a recent incident has left me extremely disappointed. During a phone call on 12/19/[redacted] to CVS (East Market Street) to inquire about a prescription for my husband, I encountered a staff member named Angela who was unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite being told the prescription was ready, the price quoted was significantly higher than usual. Angela refused to address my concerns and even failed to apply a coupon that is typically used for this refill. When I visited the store later that day, the pharmacist claimed a fax had been sent to the doctor, but it had not. After my husband contacted the doctor directly, the refill was finally obtained on 12/20/19. The poor customer service continued in person at the store, confirming my decision to switch pharmacies. The lack of professionalism displayed by Angela and the staff is unacceptable. I hope that CVS addresses these issues by providing proper customer service training to their employees. I recently visited CVS for the third time with a 40% off coupon loaded on "my card," but once again, it did not apply at checkout. Today's trip to the store on Tustin Ranch Road required me to wait in line for over 25 minutes due to the limited number of cashiers. Despite my efforts, I was unable to receive the discount and eventually left without making a purchase. I called customer service to address the issue, but after being on hold for 10 minutes, the call was disconnected prematurely. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and now wish to have my information removed from CVS's system. The lack of efficient service and inability to honor discounts have left me disappointed with CVS.

I saw a product I want to buy on your website at a discounted price, but I couldn't order it online. After visiting 3 CVS stores, none of them had the product at the sale price. It's frustrating that the posted price isn't being honored. I want to find a store in New York City that has the "Savory Prime Chicken Breast Filets" for $9.99 as advertised. This kind of service is why I switched to Rite Aid.

I tried to purchase Kellogg's cereal, which was advertised from 12/22/19 to 12/28/19 for $1.99 for sizes 10-18.2 oz, but couldn't find any on the shelf. When I asked for a rain check, the clerk rudely mentioned they didn't carry it and refused to issue one. Requesting to speak with the manager, I was informed he was not available. Despite threatening to report her behavior, the clerk remained unapologetic. It's disappointing that the store not only didn't have the product as advertised but also employs staff members who disrespect customers. Therefore, I intend to shop at stores that value their customers and honor their advertised prices.

Dear Manager or Customer Service Representative, I reside near the CVS branch (#[redacted]) and am a loyal customer. The staff, including those at the pharmacy, are always friendly and helpful. The overall store experience is positive. However, there is an issue I would like to address. In the pharmacy drive-through lane, there is a large metal enclosure that seems to be used for storing trash, such as food containers, diapers, and beer cans. Recently, I observed human or dog excrement inside (photos attached). This unsightly view is concerning for both health and business reasons. Securing the metal compartment could easily resolve this issue. I am highlighting this matter as a concerned customer and nearby resident, hoping for a swift resolution. Regards, Ken Crane

I am seeking information about the repair status of the copy machine at CVS Store #[redacted] located at [redacted] South Woodland Blvd., Deland, FL [redacted]. An employee seemed uninterested in addressing this issue or notifying the manager for assistance. It would be greatly appreciated if the manager could assist in resolving this matter promptly. Customers are becoming frustrated due to the lack of urgency and customer service displayed in this situation.

I recently filled out a CVS survey that was emailed to me at [redacted] I only selected one item but somehow ended up with two additional items in my order by mistake. I promptly reached out to VISA (Caesars Rewards) to clarify that I did not want the extra items. They advised me to get in touch with CVS to cancel the whole order. Otherwise, I may have to return the items upon delivery or escalate the issue with VISA and CVS if it's not resolved to my satisfaction today. I attempted to contact CVS customer service, but unfortunately, the call got disconnected as soon as I started speaking with the agent.

I dropped off a prescription this morning after my dental appointment. The woman at the window said it would take two hours to fill, which I found unreasonable for a waiting patient, especially after oral surgery. The Pharmacist called at 1:40 and couldn't fill the script, asking me to return to my dentist. I retrieved the script, and when I went to another pharmacy, I had to wait for over half an hour. The process took over 20 minutes, and they needed my license and signature, then a Pharmacist's assistance. When I mentioned the delay, the Pharmacist, Brandon Tran, seemed unaware of the issue and claimed I wasn't there in the morning. I expressed my frustration as it took over 3 1/2 hours for post-op pain pills. Despite being my Aetna medicare pharmacy, I am considering switching next year.

I moved to Pennsylvania two years ago and have been on disability for years. I promptly updated my insurance and EBT when I relocated. Despite informing CVS about the dual coverage in my insurance, I have been incorrectly charged for my medications for the past two years, causing significant financial strain and health issues. My PCP has confirmed sending my medication information to CVS, but billing errors persist. I believe my documentation proves my insurance coverage details and medication history. I am seeking advice on resolving this issue as I cannot afford to continue paying for medication I am entitled to have covered. I have previously been reimbursed once for an overpayment. I plan to contact corporate and speak with a customer service manager before considering legal action to rectify this situation. Thank you for your help.

On Sunday, January 12th, [redacted], I visited CVS with my ad and pre-loaded coupons. Unfortunately, the register froze and after multiple attempts, the issue wasn't resolved. I left my order with the manager who promised to follow up, but I never received a call. Today, on January 15th, [redacted], I faced the same problem. CVS staff mentioned I had too many coupons and advised me to contact customer support. Despite calling three times, the representatives I spoke to from Vietnam and India couldn't understand the issue or direct me to someone who could assist. I am frustrated and upset that this matter remains unresolved. I don't feel it is fair to blame me for the coupon system glitches. Suggestions such as trying a different CVS or the manager walking away were not helpful. If I don't receive proper assistance soon, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I would like to share a positive experience I had at store [redacted]. Mane, the pharmacist, was incredibly kind and professional. She went above and beyond to help me with a prescription issue that took over 2 hours to resolve due to an electronic glitch. Despite dealing with a difficult and loud patient, Mane remained composed and empathetic. She even offered me alternative solutions in case the problem wasn't resolved before closing time. I spoke with a representative and provided my updated insurance details from a recent in-store visit. Despite giving both my old Silver Script and new United Health Care information, it's not reflecting in the system. I've been informed that I need to take the next steps to resolve this issue. It's disheartening to see the decline in customer service quality with the new website. I plan to seek assistance from a Walgreens representative in the future. Being customer number [redacted]+ in line was frustrating, and this level of service is concerning. I hope the company can improve its service to prevent customers from seeking alternatives.

I recently switched my pharmacy from the now closed K-Mart in Valparaiso, IN to CVS at [redacted] Calumet Ave. Since changing, my experience has been negative for several reasons: 1. Phone calls to the pharmacy result in long wait times with the staff sometimes hanging up due to busyness or subjecting callers to annoying commercials. 2. When requesting a compound mixture prescription, I was informed that CVS does not mix compounds, and they were unable to direct me to a location that does. After finding an alternative at Meijer, there was a significant hold time for authorization. 3. A regular prescription for my wife was delayed for two days as CVS claimed they needed more information from the doctor. After my doctor intervened, the prescription was eventually filled. 4. The atmosphere at the pharmacy is unwelcoming, with curt and unfriendly staff. During my visit, the staff seemed distant and unhelpful to customers. As a retired District Manager in retail, I recommend CVS conduct a thorough review of their operations to address the issues at this location and improve customer satisfaction. I have decided to find a new pharmacy due to my disappointing experiences at CVS.

I would like to address my concerns with the CVS store located at [redacted] Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN [redacted]: 1) The parking lot poses a safety hazard during snowy conditions, and despite informing the manager twice, I was informed that they have no authority over it. 2) The store lacks carts for customers, despite stocking bulky items like 12 packs of soda and paper products, which is not conducive to good customer service. 3) The Pharmacy drive-thru window has been consistently closed without explanation throughout the winter, creating inconvenience along with the unsafe parking lot conditions. 4) The store has low inventory levels, with many items consistently out of stock. 5) There has been a persistent shortage of Shingles vaccine. 6) To improve my experience, I will be transferring all my prescriptions and future business to Walgreens, where I have received better service and was able to get the Shingles vaccine without any issues. This particular CVS store falls short of expectations and should be reconsidered for closure. Thank you.

I recently switched my primary care physician, and I've encountered an issue with my prescriptions at my local CVS store. Despite updating my physician information, CVS is still sending prescription refill requests to my previous doctor, who is no longer affiliated with them. My new physician has not received these requests, so I've asked them to provide the necessary prescriptions. I have a set of four daily medications that were on automatic refill and synchronized in terms of their renewal date. One of the medications was refilled prematurely, leading to a misalignment in their refill dates. I would like to have the prescriptions resynchronized, although I've found this process challenging in the past. To address this issue, I hoped to email my local CVS store in West Lebanon, NH, as contacting them by phone or in person usually involves long wait times. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate an email option on the CVS website to send my query.

I visited CVS this morning to buy hair color and noticed a sign offering two for $17. When I checked out, I was charged full price. I inquired about it, and the cashier retrieved the sign, explaining it was left up by mistake as the sale had ended on the 25th. I believe I should have been given the sale price as it was not my error. The cashier suggested returning one item if I wished. The customer service was disappointing, and I intend to share this experience with my family and friends regarding CVS's sales accuracy. This incident may influence my decision to shop at CVS in the future.

On Sunday, February 2nd, [redacted], I visited the CVS store at [redacted] S Harlem Ave in Tinley Park, IL to pick up my monthly $40.00 OTC Health Solutions items. While checking out with cashier Audry Dismukes, there was an issue scanning the Glucosamine bottle which resulted in my account being locked. Despite seeking assistance from supervisor Shanaica Skipper, my account remained locked. Subsequently, I visited another CVS location only to find out that my account was still frozen. It seems like Audry Dismukes may need further training with OTC Health Solutions items to avoid similar issues. I hope CVS can enhance register training to prevent future incidents like this. Additionally, I urge for my account to be unfrozen promptly so I can complete my purchase without further setbacks. Thank you.

I frequent the CVS Store on 19th & Chestnut St. Recently, I encountered an issue at the Express Checkout, where the Customer Service Representative fell short in handling it appropriately. However, today's encounter shed light on the exemplary service provided by CVS. Edith at CVS has consistently been a helpful presence at the Express Checkout and beyond.
