Signed up for Extra Care Pharmacy Rewards... Technical service issues with app there was nothing they can do they had to manually do it so I had eight prescriptions that were filled prior to that by three days and they refused to honor them because it did not go through until three days later! They owe me ten bucks

I called customer service and spoke with a Morgan, she gave me a fake number to call for complaints and refuse to help and argued with me over an hour for a lousy $* and was extremely extremely rude ... Need help with extra care rewards..Morgan at customer service is RUDE and needs to be fired! Missing $** in rewards and not only was she rude and talking OVER me, she told me to go elsewhere if i didnt like it. Transferred several prescriptions and had them filled they had trouble with the extra care rewards signing up with technical service, I had to go into the store and then call technical service back and they had to manually add the prescriptions and Rewards so, when I called and checked they said that I still have seven prescriptions to fill before my first reward of five bucks, I actually have filled ** prescriptions with them and they will only honor two
I was frustrated because I did sign up for the rewards program and have filled ** prescriptions it will be ** by Tuesday of next week but they are only going to give me credit for two of them... It's not that I need the five bucks, it's the point and it was the rudeness of the customer service and the lying of a fake phone number that really irritated me! On top of it, I kept saying hello? Hello? Hello? And there was sometimes a **-second pause and I didn't even know if she was still there or not
I want customer service to be nice and I also want them to give me credit for the ** prescriptions are so that I have filled and had transferred to CVS and I want my reward bucks because it will add up to $** and less than * weeks and that's a lot of money and if they're going to offer it, then they need to honor it... If they don't want to honor something that they are putting out there and riding, then just don't offer it that's what makes people mad
I'm trying to find a number to corporate and I could not so when I asked Morgan, if that is truly her name, she gave me a fake number and then she also tried to tell me that I never called about the situation... I told her no I have and they should be logs of my phone calls and she said nope... Well, I know differently, all phone calls are logged
