Last night I made a purchase and should've received extra care bucks. But the cashier didn't even bother to ask if i wanted my receipt printed or emailed. He actually said nothing, I just took my shopping and left assuming he maybe selected my receipt to be emailed. Its been ** hours and nothing. I went back to the store and asked for him to make a return and ring me up again so i can get my receipt. Again, he refused because there was **min left before close. So I purchased a drink to see if the receipt would send. It did! This cashier has always given me a hard time. So now I'm in square one, didn't get my receipt or my extra care bucks. I'd like to know what CVS can do for me at this point otherwise I can just transfer my prescriptions and my service elsewhere.
