Hi, I just called to see if my medication was in stock at CVS in Rochester indiana, *****. I was told "NO", in NO uncertain terms, immediately and abruptly, before i could even finish recalling the name of the medication to the technician, 'Christy". I was momentarily at a loss for words and couldn't quite believe she had spoken to me in such a manner and with no provocation whatsoever? I hesitantly stuttered my inquiry as to when she could have it available and she brazenly told me, "'don't know", as if to say, "I can't help you, END OF DISCUSSION". At this point I am HIGHLY and personally affronted and I can feel my face light up hotly from my scalp all the way to my chest. I am humiliated and curious as to why I am being spoken to as if I am some sort of nuisance and why I am being genuinely dismissed with such passive aggressive intent?? So, I take a second to breathe and calm nerves first, as to remain dignified, as much as the awkward situation could allow and asked, Oh, could you please find out for me?" This, this woman, "Christy", actually had the audacity to SCOFF, loudly and unapologetically and tell me that she wasn't permitted to give me that kind of information? Well. I have been using CVS pharmacy several times a month for several years and I know this to be untrue. I just barely managed to keep from blurting this out to her in my moment of pure unadulterated, righteous indignation but instead I simply thanked her and casually said that I would just try corporate, and I ended the call. I am now sending you this complaint not even * minutes since the call ended. I would like some answers please.
