I have had to make three different trips to CVS Bozeman Mt. to get one RX for my husband filled. First, they were out of it. Second trip gave me a week's supply. Third trip said it was filled but staff could not locate it. Gave me *** of required RX. Automated phone system does not work., so I am forced to call and I have waited as long as ** minutes on the phone for a Pharmacy person so answer on two separate occasions. I think you have a HUGE problem in this pharmacy. I am upset and disgusted with this place!!!

I expressed my displeasure directly to the pharmacist on duty and she assured me that they would find my lost Rx and she would personally phone me, which she did. I am sorry that it came to this. My father was a pharmacist in the good old days and he would never have treated clients this way.
