I reserved an online appointment at **:** a.m. today (Sept. **) for a flu shot at the Minute Clinic at CVS Marina Del Rey. I arrived at **:**. I put in my code -- and the computer did not accept it. I double-checked it and tried again, thinking I might have entered it incorrectly, same result. So I entered my name on the computer as a new walk-in, since it wasn't crowded right then... went through all the required steps and screen pages and then the computer screen froze and would not let me complete my registration or add my wife, who was with me. While all this was going on, I could see my name finally getting to the top of the "wait list" display! Fortunately, the clinic NP, when I explained the computer issue, took us right away, which we greatly appreciated. BUT... CVS has to get those computer problems straightened out if you want consumers to take advantage of the Minute Clinic online appointment service. If anyone is reading this, I'd like a response ... thank you.
GetHuman-shelerl did not yet indicate what CVS MinuteClinic Patient Support should do to make this right.
