I have been getting my granddaughter's ADHD med. from CVS since last summer. The drug is Foalcron (may be misspelled) I have been getting it each month and each time I call CVS they have to call and it is in their pharmacy the next day. More times than once I have been to pick it up and it has not even been called in. So I usually wait an additional day and then it is ready for pick up. Yesterday I went to pick it up which was the second time on this month it didn't get called in when I went to pick it up on Monday so they said it was not called in but they would do it that day. I waited until yesterday which was Thursday to pick it up. The guy that waited on me I think he was the pharmacist ,but not sure. It still was not ready so I became a little agitated when he said it was not ready. I told him this was the second time that I had been to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. He ask me what it was and I attempted to spell it which was an incorrect spelling. However he did look up the order and could see. He informed me that I indeed had misspelled it and he didn't know when they would have it. I explained to him that when I called the pharmacy told me they would have it the next day. He preceeded to attempt to make me look like a fool. He said he had worked at CVS for ** years and they had never been able to get it overnight. This was young male, hair very short not shaved but very short. If this person has been in your employment for ** years no wonder your customers are going other places. This employee did not want me to speak I attempted to tell him I got this every month and was told the same thing. He told me once again that had never happened and started letting me know what I was giving my granddaughter was a detriment to her. I will never be a CVS customer again even if it is free I will not be entering a CVS if there is anywhere else. Where I work we have *** employees and each one has a family and I will freely be relaying my experience to as many as I can. This CVS employee has no idea how to relate to the public- I don't think he is qualified even to clean the bathrooms. This was in the CVS on Blowing Rock Hwy. Lenoir, NC *****
