My doctor's office sent in a refill. The CVS computer sent me this message: **CVS Pharmacy: Mary K, your DR DID NO AUTHORIZE a request to refill your Rx for CLI. Please call your Dr. for more information. Reply HELP for help. **So, I called my doctor's triage nurse and left a message saying I was unhappy that he wouldn't refill the prescription. Her assistant called me back and said they had submitted the request just after they talked to me, which matches the time stamp of your text message. **I then called the local pharmacy. They told me they had received the refill, but that your computer system automatically sends out these messages saying that the refill was denied, and then sends a message saying that the refill is filled after it is filled. **This makes NO sense. **Stop sending refill denials when the refill has been sent, please. **I am going to contact Central Management Services of the State of Illinois to file a complaint.
