I want to express my gratitude to Cuomo for his report about the police officers assigned to protest duty. They are diligently carrying out their responsibilities by safeguarding both the protesters and properties. Despite facing objects being thrown at them and enduring verbal abuse, these officers maintain their professionalism. While acknowledging that there are a few officers who behave inappropriately, the majority are dedicated individuals. My husband was a correctional captain at OSP, and our daughter currently serves at the Polk County Sheriff's Office. It's essential to support our law enforcement officers as they risk their lives daily. I sympathize with the motives of the protesters but disapprove of the violence and disrespect. As a 70-year-old lady, I am weary of feeling unsafe in my city's downtown area. I would appreciate more updates on Covid-19. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts.

I have spent my life immersed in baseball. With all the current events in the world, I feel compelled to address the lack of representation of Black individuals in baseball. I believe it's time for white America to recognize this disparity and for Major League Baseball (MLB) to make changes. I am MLB certified and can provide proof of my credentials. I also want to urge my fellow Black community members to address the issue of Black-on-Black violence. Having been involved in community efforts since I was 18, I understand the needs firsthand. The statistics are stark: only 12.9% of high school players, 3.9% of college players, and 7.7% of professional players are Black. Unlike the NFL, MLB has not acknowledged this issue. Players were not allowed to kneel, risking release if they did. I appreciate you taking the time to read my message.

I have been involved in baseball all my life. With everything happening in the world, I feel the need to address the lack of Black representation in the sport. It's important for MLB to change and for the community to come together. I have the credentials to prove my dedication to this cause. Let's work towards transparency and making a difference. I have been actively involved in helping since I was 18, and I understand the needs of the community. The statistics show the low percentage of Black players in baseball, starting from high school to the professional level. It's crucial for players to have opportunities at the college level. Unlike the NFL, MLB has not addressed the issue. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The ancient Egyptians had a saying, "Ignorance is not bliss, ignorance is stupid." Calling the term "defunding" a controversy only fosters controversy. It's essential to understand the meaning before forming opinions. The rush to reopen the economy solely for political gains has led to a disregard for the impact on the spread of COVID-19. It's crucial to address the consequences of unmasked individuals not practicing social distancing. The media must reflect on its role in shaping narratives, emphasizing the need for true historical education. Divisive tactics benefit the few in power, while the masses bear the brunt of the consequences. In these challenging times, educating oneself on accurate history is key. It's crucial to move beyond good intentions towards inclusive conversations that foster respect and integrity. Understanding true history is vital to combat ignorance.

After turning away from mainstream media, I tuned in to your programming, but unfortunately, I found it disappointing. While watching Anderson Cooper, whom I admire, I noticed a lack of understanding about American history. It's important to acknowledge our ignorance on certain topics to find solutions. Your approach seemed like a propaganda machine, especially when I saw attempts to pit brave young individuals against others within the Black community. Take the example of the elderly police chief who seems trapped in an institutionalized system. It's evident he may not challenge a racist institution he relies on. If he had been doing the right thing, our situation would be different. Your coverage seems to imply that protests will lead to increased COVID-19 cases, but you're silent on the risks faced by individuals during the pandemic for the economy. Why ignore the lack of social distancing at beaches or the absence of masks in public? Also, trying to twist the movement's message by creating controversies is concerning. In contrast, Cuomo Prime Time deserves applause for its ethical and balanced approach, especially highlighting integrity, morality, and teaching moments. Both brothers display sensibility, making it intellectually stimulating.

I noticed a racist element in a Tide commercial. In the ad, a black toddler is left unattended reaching for medicine, while a white child with a white mother is shown. The implication is concerning as it suggests the black child lacks protection. I question the need for this scene and the showcasing of pills. It would have been more appropriate to include a black parent safeguarding the black child. I suggest pulling this commercial, and Tide should focus on training their staff to better understand the impact of their content.

I am disappointed by the lack of news coverage around Capt David Dorn's death. It is concerning that his life seems not to matter because he was black. Does being black on black make the news less interested in reporting it? It is disheartening that his death is not being given the same importance as others. The focus on sensational headlines rather than real news is troubling. The individuals who harmed him during the protests should not get a pass just because of the circumstances. CNN needs to broaden its coverage and be brave enough to report on important stories like this.

I'm looking to pass along information I heard in my hometown regarding all white police officers. I heard something alarming while getting coffee this morning - an officer mentioned that if antifa or Black Lives Matter were to come to town, they would die. This behavior cannot be tolerated. I reside in Bandera, Texas, and the sentiments expressed are not representative of the community here. This is precisely why police reform is essential. It's unacceptable for officers to believe they are above the law. Bandera is a tourist destination welcoming people from all walks of life, so these views shouldn't be present. I can provide more details if needed. Feel free to reach me at [redacted]. - Max A.

I recently heard a police officer in Bandera, Texas make alarming comments regarding potential protests by Black Lives Matter and antifa. It's crucial to hold this officer accountable for his words. The media should investigate and shed light on this issue to prompt action against corruption in the town. Officer Marshall Allen must be questioned about his statement, as it's unacceptable to dismiss the value of Black lives. The community needs to address this problem by coming together to address the concerning behavior of law enforcement. The sheriff's office seems to have significant issues that cannot be ignored any longer. Standing up against corruption is essential, even if it means facing potential consequences. It's vital for the town to tackle this situation and strive for positive change.

Dear CNN, I want to acknowledge the outstanding coverage you've provided regarding America's response to the police killing of George Floyd. I greatly appreciate the values and integrity you display. However, I must express my disappointment with some of the current advertisements airing. Particularly troubling are the ones promoting avoiding the post office and the campaign ad for Trump. Especially given the current threats to the USPS, these ads and their implications are distressing. I know you strive to embody compassion and intelligence, and I believe you wouldn't support such content. Having to listen to these ads is frustrating, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts with you. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in keeping us informed. Sincerely, Bob A. I am disappointed with how Walt Disney World is handling their loyal customers like myself. They have kept my deposit for a trip I can't take because their facility is closed during my original reservation. My family and I have been dedicated Disney visitors since [redacted]. Despite this, Linda Kay and Brandus explained that I can't get a full refund as it serves as protection in case I cancel. Now that Disney canceled the trip due to their closure, they won't take responsibility. As a single parent and a teacher assistant for special needs children, I find their treatment unfair. I planned to celebrate my son's high school graduation at Disney as he's part of the class of [redacted]. I believe it's important for a reporter to investigate Disney's poor customer service. It's crucial to inform others that they are not living up to their magical reputation. If they are mistreating me, they must be treating others poorly, which is unacceptable. Thank you, L. Hall

During my 20-year incarceration, starting with a small amount of marijuana, I experienced troubling conditions in the prison system. I noticed officials drugging inmates' food which caused health issues like mental illness and physical sores. Despite voicing my concerns to them, the situation did not improve. Subsequently, I resorted to seeking help from various members of the United States Congress such as Senators Paul Wellstone, Carrol Moseley Bran, Dick Durbin, Peter Fitzgerald, and Jesse Jackson Jr. Senator Durbin's office showed strong support but the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) remained indifferent. After my attempts, I faced dangerous situations including an incident where shots were fired in the prison setting, leading to injuries. The mistreatment continued, showing a lack of concern for inmates' well-being, where we felt like experimental subjects. It is distressing to see negligence extending to issues like the introduction of COVID-19 due to unsanitary practices within the prison system.

I am seeking assistance from anyone who can provide guidance. Despite receiving an eviction notice from our landlord, I have learned that tenants cannot be evicted during the moratorium ban in Florida. We have been applying for assistance, but our landlord is rejecting it due to an existing eviction. The court ruled in favor of the landlord, and we are now required to vacate by Friday. Judge Williams initially indicated he wanted to hear our side, but during the court appearance, he stated he did not need further input and made a judgment in favor of the landlord. Despite our efforts to seek help from legal sources like the law office of Three Rivers, they advised that the moratorium only applies to those directly impacted by Covid-19 job loss. My spouse is unable to work due to personal injuries requiring upcoming surgery and health issues that put him at high risk for the virus. Various organizations have been unable to assist due to the eviction process. We have also applied for unemployment and disability, but there is a waiting period. Despite our vulnerable situation, we have been unsuccessful in finding legal help or other assistance amid the moratorium. I am reaching out here as a final attempt to seek advice as we face eviction despite legal protections in place.

I am experiencing a distressing situation where individuals are allegedly using technology to harm me. I believe they are remotely placing items on and inside my body, as well as stealing from me. I have reported this to the police and FBI but haven't received the desired assistance. I am seeking support in identifying the perpetrators and pursuing legal actions against them. I am also keen on raising awareness about such crimes to protect others, especially women, from falling victim. The situation has escalated to the point where I am receiving threats. Thank you for your attention.

I want to thank CNN for always keeping us informed with facts. I feel it's important to highlight that the Trump Administration's statements about taking COVID-19 seriously from the beginning are untrue. Evidence shows that the President disregarded early warnings and minimized the threat of COVID-19. Despite the ongoing pandemic with millions infected and over [redacted],[redacted] deaths in the US, the Trump Administration, Trump Campaign, and President Trump proceeded with a rally in Tulsa indoors with thousands of attendees. This decision displays a disregard for the health of our citizens and underscores the President's continued underestimation of the severity of COVID-19.

It may be helpful to send your reporters to Journalism School, such as Haines, to focus on facts rather than personal attacks. Instead of solely criticizing Trump, explore the origins of the virus by examining Gates, WHO, Obama, and connections to Soros and China. Before faulting Trump, consider the broader picture where various players like Hillary and Obama also play a part in global issues. Avoid fabricating stories and concentrate on factual reporting. Haines could benefit from additional training to navigate complex issues accurately. Investigate the root causes involving prominent figures rather than solely blaming Trump for everything. The focus should be on journalism that enlightens the public rather than sensationalism. - Tom Leopod

The unemployment assistance payment system is currently experiencing severe issues. The Treasury Department, along with ReliaCard service, are not being transparent about the situation. There are significant delays in processing claims, leading to a collapsed system. This has resulted in financial uncertainties and potential computer fraud. It is crucial for the news media to focus on this issue and not be distracted by other developments. The primary concern is the malfunction of the payment processing center within the Treasury Department. The truth about this collapse must be shared with the American people for transparency and accountability purposes.

I must address that I do not intentionally watch or listen to CNN. Over the past four years, I have noticed biased content from CNN, making it the epitome of fake news. Living in Massachusetts, surrounded by liberal friends, I can confidently say that no one in my circle ever tunes into CNN due to its lack of trustworthiness in reporting factual news. The network tends to deliver opinions disguised as news, which results in viewers questioning its credibility. Contrary to CNN, the President and his advisors present information distinct from the narrative promoted by the network. Journalists like Acosta lack credibility, deeming CNN somewhat comical. CNN has room for improvement if it endeavors to present unbiased truth. Notably, it should acknowledge the accomplishments of President Donald Trump instead of incessantly criticizing him. Highlighting the positive aspects could yield surprising outcomes, revealing a different perspective to viewers.

I would like to advocate for our loved ones who are incarcerated. My husband, a federal inmate, is being transferred among different facilities continuously, despite having terminal liver and kidney health issues. We have exhausted all options to secure his compassionate release, as he meets all the requirements. Serving only 54 months for a technical violation, he is non-violent. Despite reaching out to his sentencing judge and submitting numerous requests, we have yet to receive a response. With the looming threat of Covid-19 in federal prisons, where over 6,[redacted] prisoners have already been infected, I fear for my husband's health. I urge for assistance for those who seem to have been forgotten. -Bridgette Layne
