called the company and an excellent clerk named Sheen answered all my question and connected with the next clerk to talk to me! Sheen was one of the most accomodating helpers I have ever experienced when seeking help online! I let her know how appreciative I was of her kindness! I am ** years old and live alone, but I rarely get things taken care of online as well as I did will SHEEN! God bless her and God Bless your company!!
