Buon giorno, mi chiamo Teresa Paola Pressani nata a Napoli (Italia) il ********** trovandomi bloccata a Boston per il covid **, stipulai una polizza (CIGNA INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE - riferimento nr. *********) e cessata il **********. Ho ricevuto una email nella quale mi informavano che dovevo avere un rimborso di $***,** che fino ad oggi non ho ricevuto. Preciso, altresi', che i recapiti telefonici trovati sul vostro portale non risultano attivi. ho tentato piu' volte di sollecitare attraverso email ma anche li l'indirizzo era sbagliato. Per quanto su descritto vi chiedo di aiutarmi a concludere questa spiacevole parentesi, ringrazio ed invio cordiali saluti. Tel. ********** - Email *****@***.com

Rimborso immediato visto che la quota mensile la pagavo subito attraverso la mia banca.
Aspettavo i soldi visto che sono passati * mesi dalla vostra email dove riportava i rimborso.
