The issue in GetHuman-elizbose's own words
Get a VERY simple statement of coverage and monthly premium ... I am trying through my daughter and power of attorney, to get a coverage*monthly charge letter for my Cigna Pharmacy coverage sent to my e-mail. I am in a nursing home and will be going on state aid. In order to do so, I must produce this letter. Customer Service has been incredibly rude. When my daughter asked what Cigna would do if I were in a coma, she was told "Cigna doesn't care." How nice. This would seem a very simple request.
I am ** and can't always help myself. I go in and out of reality due to my injury and the drugs I am taking.
Just e-mail me a coverage letter.
I am a good customer. I certainly don't expect to be treated this way.
