My husband's primary care*physician sent over * referrals*for a colonoscopy due to a history*of colon cancer running in his*family.* Both times you guys denied coverage for this.* Due to this*history he still proceeded with the procedure for an out of pocket cost of over $****.* The doctor removed * precancerous polyps as a result.* It makes me sick that this was not covered.* Imagine the cost if he didn't go in when he did.* My hopes in sending this email is, yes I would love reconsideration in covering this, but more importantly*in the future I hope you*will think twice before denying coverage on something like this, especially knowing there was a family history.****Sincerely,**Molli Ames
