I am a provider calling about a claim. I have questions as to why it was not covered, however I have spent the last ** minutes trying to speak to a rep, but getting transferred to dept that either rings, then goes silent or I get a busy signal then disconnected completely. *The last call I went through a different line for patient's because I was left with nothing else to try... Not helpful again.*I got a person and explained my issue, in which the rep apologized, then said she would transfer me to the dept directly. A rep answered , I told her why I was calling, then without a word, she transferred me to a computerized survey!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! The customer service reps you have are extremely unprofessional.**Please advise on how to resolve this, because none of your phone numbers are getting me anywhere. I need a rep to tell me why claims are not paid, not a computer**Thank you,*T. Erwin
