On January **, **** I filled a complaint over a reoccurring ACH ($**.** to TDBank) from my account. This was occurring since Dec. **** and I was under the Impression this was for my Epass. They explained that with the investigation they were only able to credit me for the last two months and I agreed.*This month TD Bank withdrew $**.** from my account and when I went to inform my branch they put a stop payment and charged me $**.**.*I was under the impression that this was settled last month and I fell that I need to pay $**.** every time someone takes money out of my account in a fraudulent way.*If this issue is not settled I will have to take my business somewhere else and I am not a new customer. I have been a CFE member for close to ** years.
