I am a long time customer ,** years plus of this bank and have about * accts. Lately I have received very poor and some RUDE customer service and I put a call in * days ago and still have NOT received a call back,after being told I would get one by the end of the same business day. I am disabled and have a brain injury and had a point of contact but have sadly misplaced her info. The poi t of contact was the assistant to the vice Pres and I would really appreciate talking to her again!!! I have spoken to * or * reps today who would not or could not help me after transfers and long holds etc!!! Can you PLEASE get someo e in upper management to call me ASAP!!!! *** *** **** !!!*I am very disappointed with CFE lately!!!!*I do Not want a response via email i do use email I am disabled with a brain injury so please call me ASAP to discuss these issues!!!!
