I called your CBS all access phone customer service number to answer a (one) question about reinitiating my service. Please note that I am a returning customer who had cancelled service because of poor customer service from your phone robots, NOT your very few human employees. I was told (by your phone robot, ( NOT a human) that my wait time was ** minutes and that I could schedule a call back instead of waiting. I thought that was a pretty good idea so I elected the call back option. Sure enough, at about **:** after scheduling it, I got my call back. I’ve been on the phone now waiting, and listening to your “musak” background interrupted only by a pleasant voice that informs me that you “appreciate my patience in continuing to hold": FOR FORTY ONE MINUTES!!!!!!!!. OK, you just convinced me that you really are not interested in my business. Your customer service, because you leave it almost entirely up to a computer queue, really *****. You charge almost as much as HBO and Amazon Prime for your services but provide nowhere near the support. Maybe someday you will actually grow up and start to run this service like adults and actually hire enough staff to justify your subscription price. In the meantime, bye bye again.
