The property at [redacted] S St, Eureka, CA, Store # [redacted], is in an extremely unsanitary condition. The entire location, from the parking lot with individuals causing disturbances to the drive-thru lane filled with trash, is filthy. Everywhere you look, there is grime. The menu boards, order box, and windows are covered in unknown substances and spider webs. Even the pick-up window and visible equipment are dripping with food and dirt. It is truly the dirtiest and most unpleasant restaurant I have ever encountered. I will be contacting the Humboldt County Department of Health regarding this matter immediately after sending this message.

I recently experienced very rude treatment at Burger King, which I have never encountered before. Upon placing a simple order for a cheeseburger, a small Sprite, and a small Dr. Pepper, the employee at the drive-thru appeared disoriented and took my order incorrectly, charging me for a meal instead of just the sandwich. When I requested a receipt, I was denied and faced argumentative behavior. Another employee intervened, making a strange remark about being on his time. This encounter left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome at this Burger King location. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff, including possible drug use, is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this particular store due to this negative experience.

I placed an order online and paid using a credit card for two Impossible Whopper meals at $8.99 each. Upon arriving at the drive-through and mentioning my order number 94, I was informed that they couldn't make burgers due to a broken grill. While understanding that issues can arise, I wasn't given the choice of a refund but offered merchandise instead. With no option to return the next day, I accepted two chicken sandwiches instead. Although the sandwiches were tasty, they weren't what we had anticipated, being set on the Impossible Whoppers. I couldn't receive a refund to try another Burger King location. Furthermore, I also ordered a large fries for a total of $11.40, and an additional large fries was missing from the bag. Despite the accommodating employees and good service, the experience at this Burger King didn't meet our expectations.

As the district manager in Lincoln, Nebraska, I wish to address some concerns within our management team. Some managers have been consistently late for their shifts, others have not been assisting customers or colleagues as needed. When I brought up my discontent to Josh Jensen, the GM, about staying beyond my scheduled hours unwillingly, I was terminated. I understand the importance of following the agreement regarding volunteer hours, but I believe I am being unfairly treated compared to other employees. There seems to be some miscommunication when it comes to addressing complaints about mistreatment and behavior. I hope for a resolution that ensures fair treatment for all employees.

I recently placed an order on the Burger King app in Guntersville, Alabama. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the window informed me that they were unable to refund my money as they had already closed. She suggested I try to get a refund through the app. I am unsure how to proceed with this process. The same response was given when I asked to speak to a manager. I was charged for food that I never received. I may need to go to the bank and file a dispute to resolve this issue.

I visited Burger King at [redacted] Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL [redacted] on Friday, May 1, [redacted], at 6:30 PM. As I entered with my service dog and showed the state-issued ID to the security, they allowed me in. However, while waiting for my food, a lady began yelling at me about the dog, despite my explanation. The manager was called and also reacted defensively until I mentioned the service dog's ID. Later, when I was informed they only accepted cash, I wondered if it was due to the earlier situation. It was disappointing to experience such treatment from the staff and manager, leading me to reconsider dining there in the future.

During my recent visit to Burger King at Arden Fair Mall, I encountered an issue that I'd like to address. While at the drive-thru, an employee handling both debit cards and food responded carelessly when I expressed concerns about potential cross-contamination. Despite wearing gloves, their dismissive attitude left me feeling uneasy about consuming the food. We ended up discarding the meal and preparing breakfast at home. When I asked for a receipt to complete a survey, the employee provided one with incomplete digits. This experience was concerning, particularly during the current pandemic, highlighting a lack of respect for food safety and customer well-being. As a longtime fan of Burger King, this incident was disappointing and worrying.

For the second time this week at the same Burger King location, my order was incorrect and they refused to provide a receipt. During the first visit, my meal was completely wrong, but when I called to have it fixed, they insisted on a receipt that they didn't give me. Today at 7:00 pm, they claimed they were waiting for a new machine from headquarters and failed to include 2 burgers and a jalapeno cheddar item in my order, making us pay again. The manager, Kendrick, displayed unprofessional behavior, rolling his eyes and avoiding customer interaction. Despite loving this restaurant, recent experiences have left me disappointed. I was compelled to share this feedback regarding the poor service at store number [redacted].

I placed an order with Burger King at [redacted] Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL [redacted] through Uber Eats at 6:28 pm this evening (06/07/[redacted]) and have not received the order. I tried calling Burger King but was put on hold for over half an hour. I got frustrated and hung up. When I tried calling back, I got a busy signal, indicating the line was still on hold. Uber Eats' phone number is automated, and the live chat kept redirecting me. The order totaled about $67, but when I tried to check the exact amount, my previous order was unavailable. I am extremely upset by this situation. I request a refund for the order; I am disappointed and no longer wish to be a customer.

My issues began with my co-worker, Gretchen, when I was wrongly written up for her mistake with the bins. Following that, Haley discriminated against me, telling me I couldn't have colored hair. When I refused to serve rotten lettuce, I was removed from the schedule. Today, when I tried to discuss this, Haley unprofessionally fired me in the lobby, not the office as expected. She gave conflicting job descriptions and ultimately dismissed me over the lettuce incident. I have faced mistreatment, write-ups, and racial comments from Haley at the Burger King off of Highway 90 in Statesville since September. The manager, Haley Walton, has displayed racism and poor management skills despite previous warnings. The store has maintenance issues like broken doors, and there are various overlooked problems. Despite initial niceties, Haley's behavior exposes the store's underlying issues once you start working there.

Case # 56G678 I am extremely let down by the response received. It lacked an apology and seemed like a generic reply. It appears my issue was not taken seriously. I had a frustrating experience with Burger King at [redacted] N. IH35 in Austin, Texas. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, only to find out they didn't have it after waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. The detour on the interstate to get there was terrible. Despite being told my charge was pending on my bank notifications, Burger King claimed they hadn't received any order that night but charged me twice. The manager was unhelpful and rude. I was charged on 7/26 and 7/27, but I never received my order. This situation is unacceptable, and I need assistance with resolving it.

I'm disappointed with the Drive-Thru service at two Burger King locations in Las Vegas, NV, specifically at [redacted] W. Ann Rd and [redacted] N. Durango Dr. Both places have a wishbone setup with 2 lanes merging into one, leading to slow service and extended wait times during the busy lunch hour. Despite my appreciation for Burger King's flame-broiled food, the frequent mix-ups and confusion about which line is next in the Drive-Thru have made my orders frustrating.

On Sunday, August 1st, [redacted], my son visited Burger King on Reading Rd. in Evendale, Ohio, store #[redacted]. He ordered two chicken sandwiches & fries for $5.00 each with a coupon and two Whoppers for $5.00 each as advertised on TV. The total should have been $10.00, but he was charged $14.17. When he realized the error after returning home, he called the restaurant on Monday, August 2nd, [redacted]. They instructed him to bring the receipt in for further discussion. When he spoke with the manager in person and requested a refund, he was informed that he should have placed separate orders for the burgers and chicken. He expressed his lack of knowledge regarding this policy and questioned if the attendant should have guided him. Unfortunately, the manager declined a refund, citing the busyness of the establishment.

During my visit to Burger King at 6:03 pm, I went through the drive-thru. When I reached the window at 6:25 pm, I asked for extra ketchup, but the employee insisted it was already in my bag. I also received the wrong drink and when I mentioned it, the employee was unhelpful. She then asked me to come inside because my order wasn't ready. Inside, she aggressively added a large amount of ketchup into my bag, causing my drink to fall off the counter. The manager witnessed everything but offered no apology. This behavior was unacceptable, especially considering I had my young son with me. It was a disappointing experience.

I recently visited your store on [redacted] Prospect Avenue in Hartford, CT and had a very disappointing customer service experience. Despite reaching out to customer relations multiple times, I have not received the promised call from the regional director. During my visit, an employee touched my French fries with bare hands and then put them back in the bag. I reported this issue to management twice, but was met with an unacceptable response regarding language barriers. I can be reached at [redacted] if you would like to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

I placed an order for breakfast in the drive-thru - French toast, medium hash browns, and orange juice. Unfortunately, the order I received was incorrect. The first time I went back, the employee gave me another breakfast, but it was still not right. Despite checking the bag twice, the employee insisted that the hash browns were included. I tried to explain the mistake, but she disagreed. Eventually, I asked for a refund as the issue was not resolved. The staff at the Greenbriar store, specifically on order 42, were quite unhelpful and the service was subpar. Upon receiving my refund, one of the ladies rudely told me not to return. Disappointing experience overall.

On three recent occasions, I've found Burger King's breakfast to offer good pricing and value but struggled with poor service and execution. During my first visit, I ordered the $5 breakfast combo with two bacon croissants and asked for creamer and Splenda with the coffees. Instead, I received two sausage croissants and regular cream and sugar for the coffees. The second time, I paid for the $5 breakfast and two sausage biscuits, but only received the breakfast and coffees. Today, I ordered two supreme breakfast platters without coffees, but I ended up with boxes containing eggs, bacon, pancakes, and a few tater tots. It's frustrating when my order is repeated back to me, I'm charged correctly, and still receive the wrong items. While vouchers or credits could be a solution, I'm hesitant to go through this experience again. The issue of glove usage, trays, and order accuracy needs improvement, although I appreciate that the staff have all been wearing masks.

We ordered two Whopper meals and experienced a 15-minute wait at the BK location on Kingsland Center in Alexandria, VA. Unfortunately, the employee preparing our food, a large African American woman, was not wearing a mask. Despite not making any special requests, the fries were not hot and did not taste good, and we were informed that ice cream sundaes were not available after already paying. Additionally, I had to remind another employee to change gloves since she handled money before preparing our food. She initially seemed confused and slightly argumentative about changing gloves. I kindly request coupons for two free Whopper meals and two desserts to make up for the less than pleasant visit on August 15, [redacted], at 3:13 pm. We were order number 84.

I had a negative experience at the Burger King drive-thru near Minstrel Way off of Snowden River Parkway in Columbia, MD. I used a coupon and encountered a very rude young lady who took my order. She was difficult to hear over the intercom, and despite waiting almost 5 minutes for a response with a growing line behind me, she showed no concern. When I prompted for assistance, she responded rudely. When I reached the window, I realized she was the same person. There were no greetings from her. I insisted on speaking to the manager, who also made me wait and did not offer an apology. The service was slow, which made me feel targeted for complaining. Although a young man later apologized for the wait, I left feeling suspicious that my food may have been tampered with due to my complaint. This was a terrible encounter, and I hope to prevent others from experiencing the same treatment.
