I have a complaint to make and also store receipt concerning this matter. I went thru the drive thru with only one car in front of me. At least * min. passed when I realized that the person in front car was having a personal conversation with someone in the restaurant. By this time I was very upset. Finally the car drove off and never saw an order come out of the drive thru window. At that time my tone of voice was loud telling my boyfriend that I should report the employee to the manager. But thought, what if it was the manager talking. For sure they won't do anything or cover each other among employees. I placed my order, drove up to the window and noticed that the male employees looked over to see who I was. Thinking that they over heard me telling my boyfriend what I wanted to do. I kept my cool and didn't say anything. A girl charged me, paid $** worth of food and drove home. I live * min.from BK. When we got home we sat down to eat right away. Yuk, fries where cold and dry. My ckn grilled sandwich tasted horrible. Like it was heated up in the microwave and was rubbery and cold not even warm. *How many other customers have they done this to? And continue doing so only because people don't speak up. I would like to see proper action take place, a write up, and*or termination. I wouldn't tolerate this from anyone who doesn't show ** customer service and respect.
