I had no intention of ever going back again or even compaining, so I dont have my receipt am ot sure of the exact date. The only reasn I am sendng you this message, is because in my busines, I want to know when a customer isn't happy and get the opportunity to make it right if possible. The worst thing is finding out someone left unhappy, never said a word, they just never came back. We ordered * meals, one wuth the Bk Brewhouse king? The oother was bacon and cheese crunchy chicken sandwirch. The bun on the buger was really hard, patty was way over cooked, didn't see or taste the tavern sauce and bacon wsas soggy or limp? The chickes sandwich literally had no lettuce, tomato or mayonaise. Also, our fries were cold. The dr. Pepper wa watered down. This was the buger king at **** **th. It may have been ast friday or saturday night around *. I just wanted you to be aware sso that maybe you can take whaever steps necessay to resolve these isues for anyone else that may visit. Just wanted you to be aware of this so that maybe these issues can be avoided for thers, I hightly doubt I ill be returning. thanks
