About two years ago my wife purchased a Burberry jacket. We have noticed that now the inner lining is making crinkling sounds so I went to your store in Northbrook Court located in Northbrook, Illinois to see what the problem is.*I was told by your employees that this happens when the coat is dry cleaned. Two problems with this is that there we were never informed not to have the coat cleaned and we would have to go somewhere to have the lining replaced. The second issue is that there was no warranty on your product after one year. *For your information, even Target has better product guarantees than Burberry seems to. This jacket is not an inexpensive product and should be repaired especially because there were no warnings or instructions concerning the cleaning or the short guarantee when we purchased this jacket. The jacket is not wearable at this point.**Your manager, Amy Heunisch was not particularly helpful and told me to call customer service which I did and that is why I am writing this note. Somehow it does not seem right that you do not guarantee your products although they are well made and enjoyable to wear.**Let me know how to proceed with this situation. Anything you can do is appreciated.
