I have never hacked a single day in Destiny nor have I glitched , nor have I played intentionally with people doing any of those things.I was modding Red Dead Redemption * to get all guns in Single player mode and was using cheat-engine and RedHook*, a mod from nexus mods.I saw a post from a youtube in my youtube feed, about Banshee having a mod I was missing, the recent warmind one. I closed Red Dead and launched Destiny * (hadn't played in a couple weeks so I wasn't banned for anything before that) and I logged into tower ran to banshee, didn't even grab the mod as I was too late. And logged off.**Next day I launch steam and I get a ban message.*Bungie, I have spent **** hours of game time on this game and at least around *** to *** $ why would I ever hack on my account?**I appealed my ban by linking both those files as the culprits for my ban. But you don't even answer me, it is impossible to get a single human on the phone as you don't do that kind of thing apparently.*I love this game, I truly do, I even bought it to some friends because I wanted them to love this game.I was so ready for the next expansion went to grind all my items and such that I was missing. Why would I take the risk to cheat?**I've been banned for some mistake I made by leaving my mods on another game running. I never altered or did anything within Destiny the game. I mean my accuracy and win*ratio would attest to that by itself. I'm better than average but I ain't no god.**Please Bungie, find a way to scrutinize my account further as I assure you I have done nothing that warrants a permanent ban.**I am feeling rather defeated of over * years of playing gone for a stupid mistake.*If I can get any help whatsoever I would be grateful. **Thank you.**Kind regards.
GetHuman-timmusi did not yet indicate what Bungie.net should do to make this right.
I have never breached willingly any terms of service, and was unaware this would affect Destiny.
I tried everything Bungie has put at my disposal, which isn't much.
