I am currently experiencing issues while playing Halo Reach Matchmaking. Despite being connected to Xbox LIVE and being able to access Hulu and play Fortnite, I keep receiving a message stating that I am not connected to Xbox LIVE. This is confusing as I was able to play online a month or two ago. I have attempted troubleshooting steps including restarting my router and Xbox, as well as re-inserting the game, but the problem persists. I have noticed similar complaints on various forums for approximately 6 days now. As I cannot reach out to Bungie directly, I am seeking assistance here. Thank you in advance for any help provided.

I recently purchased the Renegades base game and some DLCs but couldn't afford the annual pass. I love playing Crucible matches in Destiny 2, and I've encountered an issue with a connectivity restriction. While playing with a friend, my connection dropped, but I didn't receive any warnings from Bungie about it. Now, I've been unfairly restricted from Crucible activities. I wish Bungie had notified me about the connection issue so I could have addressed it. Despite having a 5 mg internet connection, which should be sufficient, the lack of communication from Bungie led to this situation. I just want to enjoy playing Crucible with my friends again, so I'm seeking assistance in having this restriction lifted. I'm willing to upgrade my internet if that helps, but I hope Bungie can reconsider and remove the restriction so I can join Crucible matches once more.

I recently purchased the Renegades base game and other DLCs for Destiny 2, except for the annual pass. However, due to financial constraints, my enjoyment of the Crucible mode - a melting pot of cultures - has been interrupted by a restriction placed on my account. I believe this restriction was unjustly imposed without proper communication from @Bungie. During my recent gameplay in the Crucible, assisting a friend to complete a challenge, I did not receive any warnings about my connection stability. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I had been permanently restricted without any prior notice. I urge @Bungie to reconsider this decision as my gameplay did not negatively impact other users. I am willing to address any connection issues or upgrade my internet service to continue enjoying Crucible matches with my friends. Please review and lift the restriction on my account so I can participate in Crucible matches once again. My account details are: [redacted] Xbox Gamertag: S0viet Rize7.

I purchased the Renegades, the base game, and other DLCs but couldn't afford the annual pass. I enjoy playing the melting pot of cultures, but I'm now restricted from it, which feels unjust. During a recent game session with a friend, I didn't notice any connection issues, and no warnings were given. Despite this, I got permanently restricted by @Bungie. I believe the system was unfair as I wasn't causing issues for other players intentionally. My internet speed is at 5 mg, and I'm willing to improve it. I urge @Bungie to review my case and lift the restriction, as it was their failure to notify me of any connection problems. I just want to play Crucible with my friends again. My account is [redacted], GT: S0viet Rize7, R i z e S a n 7 on bungie.net.

My close friend was banned from playing Destiny 2 due to his physical disability that affects his left hand and foot. Despite being over 60 years old, he has dedicated over 2,[redacted] hours to the game, generously buying expansions for others to join him. His ban was a result of the software used to adapt his controller for gaming. This situation is unfair, and I urge Bungie to reconsider and rectify this mistake promptly. Let's make this right for him.

I need assistance regarding a potential error. I have been playing Destiny 2 since the pre-order and today, when I launched it from my Battle.net account, it indicated that I was banned. As a handicapped individual who relies on special controllers due to having the use of only one hand, I typically activate my foot pedal or head controller software after selecting my character to play. These controllers, SprintVR and Trackir, are not intended for cheating but are essential for me to play effectively. I believe I was mistakenly accused of wrongdoing. While running the Twitch app in the background, which I only used to watch my friend play, may have prompted this action, I truly enjoy Destiny 2 as a means of entertainment while being homebound. I am willing to pay for a full version as a penalty if necessary, but I value the time and progress I have invested in the game. Please contact me through Skype using lastguytom from Chicago, IL, or via email.

As a dedicated Destiny 2 player since its release, I have invested $[redacted] in two collector's edition games. I am concerned about the recent announcement that the game and all its DLCs will be free to play. I am wondering if any compensation or perks will be given to players like me who have previously purchased the base game and all the DLCs. It doesn't seem fair to those of us who have supported the game from the beginning not to receive anything in return for the game becoming free to play. If this change was known earlier, I would not have made the investment.

On Tuesday, the 4th of June, I made the decision to purchase the Destiny 2 Annual Pass from the PlayStation Store for £29.99. Shortly after, I noticed that the price had dropped significantly to just £11.99! I was quite upset about this as I had been monitoring the price for a while and decided to buy it at the original cost. I contacted Sony PlayStation Store support, but they refused to offer any refund or assistance. I feel this situation is unfair and leaves a negative impression. I am disappointed that the price changed so drastically within a few days of my purchase. I would really appreciate any guidance or support on this matter as I find it frustrating to have paid double the current price for the same content.

On Tuesday, June 4th, I made the choice to buy the Destiny 2 Annual Pass from the PlayStation store for £29.99. Shortly after, I saw that the price had dropped significantly to £11.99, causing me frustration. I had been waiting for a price drop but didn't see it until after my purchase. Despite reaching out to Sony PlayStation store support, they couldn't help. I'm disappointed as a loyal Bungie customer for the past 5 years. I have bought all their games and expansions, but I haven't gotten any assistance from Bungie either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently made an error while attempting to adjust the in-game music in Destiny * on PC by using a third-party program. As a consequence, my account has been banned, which I believe may be a permanent action. While I understand the violation according to the game's terms of use, I want to emphasize that I had no intention of cheating. My account has maintained a clean record with no prior infractions, and I predominantly focus on PvE gameplay, immersed in the enchanting universe of Destiny. Earning achievements like reaching the highest light level and obtaining various weapons through quests has been a significant investment of time and effort for me. Therefore, I kindly request a reconsideration of the ban, urging for its removal or at least not to make it permanent, as Destiny has been a beloved companion for me for over * months now.

Every time I play Destiny 2 on my PS4, the game fails to load any NPCs or enemy units. I can aimlessly wander for about a minute before being sent back to orbit. This issue is preventing me from enjoying the game and playing with my girlfriend, and it's incredibly frustrating. I've discovered that many others are experiencing the same problem with no viable solutions available. The lack of effective customer support from Bungie is disappointing, as their help page on bungie.net offers no real assistance and only seems to promote purchasing additional content. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue within the week to avoid potential backlash harming Bungie's reputation.

I mistakenly bought the Forsaken Annual Pass instead of the Forsaken add-on. Now I keep receiving a message stating I don't have the expansion, even after uninstalling it, making my game unplayable due to this persistent alert. I wanted the expansion in the first place but refuse to pay for content I already own. Bungie's approach penalizes existing players. I need help getting rid of this message without being told to reinstall the entire game. I am frustrated by not being able to purchase the Forsaken expansion separately.

I purchased the Forsaken DLC and created a human character, using the level up item on him. However, upon entering the game, I realized I didn't like how he looked and decided to create a robot instead. After deleting the human character and creating the robot, I found out that you only receive one level up item. It would be greatly appreciated if players could have unlimited access to these items or receive at least three with the DLC. What if I wanted to try out the other two classes? I really don't want to replay the beginning of the game, as I already completed it on Xbox. Please provide me with another level up item. You can verify my account information to see that I only have one character, purchased the DLC, and am missing the level up item. I haven't even started playing on PS4 yet due to this frustration. Please assist me with this matter.

I have obtained the Dredgen, Wayfarer, Cursebreaker, and Rivensbane titles in-game, mainly to collect the physical pins. I successfully redeemed the codes for the Rivensbane and Wayfarer Pins. However, I encountered issues when trying to redeem the codes for the Dredgen and Cursebreaker pins. The problem appears to stem from codes generated before April 30th becoming invalid due to the extension of the redemption period until September. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to claim these pins. Following Bungie's advice outlined in the Help Article, I am seeking assistance on the forums for a resolution to this recurring problem. It is essential to find a solution as it would be disheartening to have dedicated so much time to earning these Pins only to face obstacles in claiming them.

I received a PvP ban towards the end of The Drifter season, which I suspect might be due to being part of a DDoS Clan unknowingly. However, I promptly left them after realizing their actions when they targeted a friend. Surprisingly, I was hit with another PvP ban three weeks ago. I believe this ban might be related to my previous association, but I am dedicated to fair play in PvP. My internet connection is stable, and I rarely experience disconnects. As a loyal Destiny player and a 9-year Bungie.net veteran, I am disheartened by this situation. I seek assistance in appealing this ban, as I value participating in one of my favorite activities without any unjust restrictions. Any support offered would be greatly valued.

My son has bought 4 Destiny games with expansions over the years. Unfortunately, he got banned due to a misunderstanding with a friend. He's unable to create a new account to continue playing. I may have to dispute this charge with my credit card company if this isn't resolved. Allowing a minor under 18 to purchase the game puts them in a difficult situation. It's unfair to ban someone shortly after taking their money. The best solution would be to reinstate his account or let him start fresh with a new one. He loves Destiny and I hope the right decision is made. Thank you for addressing this issue. Best, N. Malone

I'm experiencing a major issue with my game currently. I bought the Forsaken Annual Pass without realizing I also needed the Forsaken Complete Edition. Now, I keep getting a pop-up every 5 seconds prompting me to purchase it. I am not interested in spending an additional $40 for it. How can I stop the pop-up from appearing? I need assistance figuring out how to resolve this. I've uninstalled the DLC content and even the game itself, then reinstalled everything, but the problem persists. Please provide me with guidance on how to fix this so I can enjoy playing my game without interruptions.

My son, a minor, has received a permanent restriction on his Destiny 2 game due to internet connectivity issues. As a dedicated player who follows guidelines, particularly enjoying the game without cheating or using any special devices, he is disappointed with this punishment. He's a responsible straight A student and long-time Scout striving to become an Eagle, with limited social opportunities in our area. Requesting assistance in appealing his permanent restriction, I'm actively working with our internet provider to improve the connection with upcoming fiber optics installation. Your website encourages players to enjoy Destiny in various ways, and my son, who has logged over [redacted] hours, simply wants to play the game he loves. Any guidance on the appeal process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. -Amy, a concerned parent of a Destiny 2 player.

Hello, I'm Nicholas. I have a Destiny 2 account, but it's been unexpectedly banned. Everything was fine until the game crashed, and when I tried to play again the next day, I found out about the ban. I have no idea why this happened as I'm not good at the game and don't think I've been reported for cheating. I enjoy playing Gambits and it's a stark contrast to my experiences with The Crucible. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an explanation. I'm eager to get back to playing the game. My account name is Lovesocks78, and you can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Nicholas.

I am having an issue with purchasing Tributes in the Visage of Calus Tribute Hall in Destiny 2 Forsaken. All the Tributes are locked with a message saying "Requires quest progress". I have tried various solutions recommended by friends and online sources, such as completing Werner/Benedict 99-40 bounties and exploring Watcher's Grave on Nessus. Despite my efforts, the Tributes remain inaccessible. I have obtained a 7% discount by cashing in materials, completed Menagerie Triumphs, and upgraded my Chalice of Opulence. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.
