I have an unusual request that I feel silly bringing up in a public forum. I would like to change the creation date of my account to December 17th, which is my birthday. This might seem trivial, but it means a lot to me personally. I started playing the game through Blizzard Launcher for two days and then decided to create a Bungie account. However, upon seeing that it said I joined on December 18th, I was quite disappointed. I've been trying to contact support through tickets or email but without much success. I understand if this seems insignificant, but it truly matters to me to have my account creation date match my birthday. If there's any way for Bungie to assist with this or to quietly resolve the issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. M.J.B.

Hello Bungie Team, I have recently been banned from my account. I took a hiatus from playing due to school responsibilities, but I made a regrettable decision to use cheat engine upon my return. The experience was not enjoyable; the game crashed shortly after I attempted to manipulate it, rendering my efforts futile. I acknowledge that cheating was a mistake and I sincerely apologize. I value my investment in Destiny 2 and its DLC, and I assure you that I will never resort to such actions again. If possible, I humbly request that you consider lifting the ban on my account. Account Information: Name: Master Bread ID: [redacted]7 Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Andreas Dietrich

I previously used a Bungie account on my Xbox One with the email [redacted] Recently, I purchased Destiny 2 for PS4 and attempted to link my accounts but mistakenly used [redacted] instead of my original Bungie email. My PSN is associated with [redacted] (my wife’s email). Although I managed to link my [redacted] Bungie account with the correct PSN on the website, I encounter errors when trying to access PlayStation content. I hope to resolve this issue soon as I bought Destiny 2 for PS4 to sync my data across platforms.

I am playing Destiny 2 on PS4 from Oregon. I have finished the black armory machine gun frame quest several times, but it keeps glitching on me. Your server's performance is subpar, and I'm frustrated with frequent disconnections and the "contacting D2 servers" message. I've invested a lot of money into this game that's not functioning properly. It's extremely disappointing. I believe I should be acknowledged for completing the quest or even receive a refund. I've been a dedicated player since Destiny 1.

I downloaded Destiny 2 for free over the summer and began playing on December 24th and 25th without any issues. I recently purchased the Forsaken bundle with all the DLCs. However, today, within 24 hours of my last play, I encountered the "NIGHTINGALE" error code upon starting the game. I tried troubleshooting by reinstalling the game and following Bungie's tips on their website, but nothing worked. Various forums and third-party sites offered conflicting solutions. I played Destiny on Xbox extensively and wish to continue with the franchise. I'm looking for assistance and hope to resolve this quickly.

I am experiencing issues with Destiny 2 matchmaking for the Forge quest. Despite setting it to public, I consistently load in by myself each time. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like logging out, turning off the game, reloading, and re-logging in. I also tried going back to orbit, returning to the forge, and accessing it again, as well as visiting the tower before retrying the forge, but it has not resolved the problem. Even when attempting it with friends, they face similar problems. It is frustrating to be unable to play as intended and to not have the multiplayer experience I expected. I appreciate a quick resolution to this issue. Thank you.

On December 25th, I purchased and installed the Forsaken collection package for Destiny 2 along with multiple add-ons. Initially, the game worked well, but the next day I encountered errors when trying to play the original Destiny. I had to uninstall and reinstall the entire game with expansions. Presently, I am facing the Boar error code while trying to play Destiny 2. Despite being connected to the Internet with no network interference, the issue persists. I uninstalled all Destiny 2 add-ons and started reinstalling them one by one. Strangely, the Cold Heart and Curse of Osiris expansions triggered verification content errors leading to the Boer error code. I seek recommendations on resolving this issue to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay. Thank you for your assistance. - Deb C.

Hello, I'm unsure if I've reached the right email address, but if not, could you please point me in the right direction? If this is indeed the correct email, I am experiencing an issue with my PSN account, Otermanator_28. I managed to obtain the Winding Tower emblem from the Last Wish raid, but unfortunately, I accidentally deleted it. I have tried to reacquire it from the emblem section under unlocked items, but I encountered an error preventing me from doing so. Considering the effort I put into obtaining it initially, I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in helping me retrieve the emblem.

I've been playing Destiny since The Taken King. I've dedicated countless hours to grinding strikes, raids, and crucible matches to earn coveted items like the Redrix Broadsword and the Whisper of the Worm. While I appreciate that elite weapons shouldn't be easily obtained, the drop rate for some, like the Jotunn, is incredibly frustrating. Being repeatedly bested by a weapon I can't acquire is disheartening. Additionally, the recent buffs to Titans and Warlocks at the expense of Hunters is disappointing. It feels like Hunters are now the less favored class since Cayde's absence. The imbalance in abilities is evident, and it's disheartening to see the fun stripped away from playing as a Hunter. I hope the game developers reconsider these changes and restore balance to make the gameplay enjoyable for all classes.

Please improve the servers and balance the loot tables in the game. It's frustrating to see certain players easily getting loot while others, like myself, who put in a lot of effort, end up missing out on rewards. I'm contemplating ending my experience with Destiny because of this. It's disappointing that Bungie seems more focused on profits rather than player satisfaction. I believe that the lack of content and profit in Destiny compared to other games like Devil May Cry, Zelda, and Halo, will eventually lead to a decline in player numbers. The server lag and incorrect progress tracking in challenges are some of the issues I've personally faced. I hope Bungie can address these concerns and make improvements for all players.

I have been participating in escalation protocol for about three hours, trying to reach level 6-7 to obtain the IKELOS_SG_V1.0.1 shotgun. Sadly, despite my efforts, my friends managed to get it five times collectively while I did not receive it once. I am feeling disheartened after spending so much time on this without success. I appreciate the game and the effort put into it, but I believe some changes could be made to the loot system. After investing so much time, all I wish for is this specific item, and it can be frustrating when luck doesn't go my way. I am unsure of what actions can be taken regarding my situation, but perhaps adjusting the drop rates before the reset could be considered. I understand that free items cannot be handed out, but a slight increase in drop rates might help dedicated players like me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Rhys2001dj

I'm seeking assistance regarding the absence of the "Taken King" DLC, which I purchased for the original Destiny on Xbox [redacted] but cannot access on Xbox One. In case you need to contact Xbox support about this issue, here is the case file: [redacted]. My account is under the username "Master Sin Lord" with the email [redacted] I am requesting a code to retrieve my DLC since Xbox has confirmed that the issue lies with the DLC not being available.

Today, when I tried to log into Destiny 2 to play some crucible games, I was surprised to see a message saying I was banned from matchmaking modes due to my poor internet connection. A couple of months ago, I received a 30-minute ban for a similar issue, but since then, I have improved my connectivity and had no problems. Not receiving any warnings before this ban feels unfair, especially since I suspect it might be related to a report made by a disgruntled player. I hope Bungie can reconsider this restriction, even though they claim not to. I've been a loyal Destiny player since its launch 4 years ago and being unable to participate in the competitive playlist to earn a weapon before the season ends seems unjust. I simply want this issue resolved promptly. A one-day ban would suffice if needed, as being banned for two weeks without a clear reason or warning feels excessive. I've encountered players with poor connections in the game affecting my gameplay, but it seems action hasn't been taken against them.

I attempted to purchase the Forsaken DLC for Destiny 2, but instead, I received the annual pass. Now, I cannot access the base game, as it keeps notifying me that the annual pass requires the Forsaken DLC to function properly. This has rendered Destiny 2 unplayable, despite spending $35 on the incorrect purchase. Can you please rectify this by removing the annual pass from my account? Alternatively, I would appreciate it if you could replace it with the Forsaken DLC that I initially intended to buy. I am perplexed as to how this mix-up occurred as I specifically inquired at GameStop if the annual pass covered all Destiny 2 DLC, to which I was assured that it did. However, I am left with only the base game and a persistent message stating that the annual pass cannot function without the necessary DLC. This situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated.

Three weeks ago, I received a two-week ban for an unstable connection issue in the Crucible. I accepted it without questioning. However, a week after this ban expired, I was hit with a two-month ban for the same reason on the exact day as my previous ban. Interestingly, my cousin uses the same internet connection but hasn't faced any bans. I am now locked out of the new DLC due to the ban, which I paid for and now have to wait two months to access. I want clarification on what constitutes a bad/unstable connection and why I'm being banned in such quick succession despite never leaving a game or having a Did Not Finish status. I'm upset that the new update's policy is preventing me from enjoying content I paid for. I would appreciate an explanation and seek peace of mind. Where can I address these concerns for clarity?

Gamertag: Vulcanator516 I recently bought Destiny 2 Forsaken Legendary Collection but I'm experiencing issues as it's only allowing me to play in trial mode. I contacted Xbox support and they confirmed that all the necessary licenses are in place. We've attempted various troubleshooting steps like deleting and reinstalling the game, powering off the console, and even testing on another Xbox with the same outcome. Xbox support suggested reaching out to Bungie for further assistance after spending a considerable amount of time on the phone with them. It's frustrating, especially since I pre-ordered the game in [redacted] and recently purchased digital versions for both PC and Xbox. Despite my efforts, I'm still unable to access the full game.

Hello Bungie, I recently received an account ban due to internet issues. I had friends over for a Destiny gaming session, and unfortunately, our shared internet caused connectivity problems leading to my ban after a competitive match. I have always admired the work Bungie does with Halo and Destiny and have followed the rules as a dedicated player for two years. I want to clarify that I did not use lag switches or engage in any unfair practices. I understand the importance of fair play. Given my circumstances as a 15-year-old sharing internet with my family, I will adjust my gaming schedule to minimize disruptions to other players. I kindly request a second chance and assure you that I will make every effort to prevent such incidents in the future.

I encountered an issue two months ago while playing Destiny. I have been a fan since the first beta. I posted on LFG to find teammates for the competitive playlist as most of my friends have stopped playing. I quickly found two players, and initially, everything went smoothly. However, the opposing team started quitting which made me suspect that one of my LFG teammates was ddosing. Although I should have stopped, I continued playing due to the high points I was gaining. The next day, I was banned from PvP, even though I didn't actively cheat. I admit I should have stopped playing with the person ddosing, but I feel I have already faced consequences. I am reaching out to Bungie to request the removal of the ban so I can reunite with my friends. I am unable to enjoy the new DLC as Gambit is considered PvP. I regret my actions and pledge not to associate with cheaters in the future. I simply wish to play with my friends again. Thank you for understanding and considering my appeal. PSN: Dahihaus. Best regards.

On the morning of March 24, I encountered three players while playing Crucible. After conversing with them, I logged off around 12:30 am. At 3 am, I received two blocked phone messages and Xbox notifications. It appears during this time my account was accessed without my full awareness. Later, my Destiny character, WildAgent007, was used in dubious activities that I was unaware of until I noticed unusual progress in my competitive play. I reconnected with the same players around 10 am but had to step away briefly due to my children needing my attention. Upon returning, I unwittingly left my character unattended as advised by the other players, only to discover later that my account was used for cheating. I was shocked and felt betrayed by their actions, and I'm now requesting a temporary suspension from Destiny 2 until a thorough investigation can be conducted. I regret being associated with such behavior and want to distance myself from cheaters. My Xbox gamertag is WildAgent007.

Upon logging into my Day One Destiny 2 account, I was surprised to see a message stating that I have been banned. I consider myself a legitimate player and have dedicated a significant amount of time and money to this game. I suspect that my ban may be related to my slow and frequently disconnecting internet connection. I am eager to have my account reinstated because many of the items and gear I possessed are now season and event locked, making them unattainable.
