I am currently playing Destiny 2 and working on finishing my weekly Gambit milestone. I have completed 2 out of 3 total matches, but I have experienced about 4-5 weasel error codes during gameplay. Each time, I'm removed from the game world and brought back to the log-in screen with the word 'Weasel' displayed. As a result, I have been suspended from playing Gambit, although I'm not sure how long. I realize that I left a few matches manually in the past while grinding for Malfeasance, but all the recent incomplete matches were due to being disconnected. While writing this, I discovered that my suspension has been lifted. However, I have a question regarding whether the system can differentiate between an error code and a manual exit from a game. I believe it's unfair to be suspended due to an error code. I checked Bungie.net/help for information but couldn't find anything useful. If possible, I would like the recent incomplete matches removed from my record. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to a prompt response.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my account/game in D2. While playing, other players suddenly become faster and the game starts to lag. I'm unable to view my quest progression, check my weapon and armor stats (light level and perks), or dismantle items. This typically occurs when the game starts to lag. I've spoken to friends who don't experience this problem. The only temporary solution is to restart my PS4, but the issue reoccurs. My internet connection is fast, so that's not the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

I was in the middle of trying to reach a [redacted] score for Luna’s Howl in competitive mode when the servers unexpectedly disconnected me twice. This led to losses, a ban, and a drop in score to around [redacted]. When I attempted to contact Bungie for support, I struggled to find the contact information and when I finally got a number, they didn't answer after multiple attempts. It's frustrating to lose points and face bans due to server issues that seem beyond my control, especially when it's affecting others like my friends who couldn't even access the tower.

Hello, I recently completed a Crucible match where an Exotic Drop, specifically "Lion Rampant," was supposed to be awarded to me. However, upon checking my inventory, I noticed that the item was missing. Despite having available slots, the item did not appear in my inventory, vault, or with the post master. I have verified that the Exotic is not unlocked in my collections, making it impossible for me to obtain it again. I kindly request assistance in retrieving my missing item, as Exotic drops are rare and valuable in the game. I can provide further evidence of ownership through pictures if necessary. I reside in a remote area with only HughesNet satellite internet, but I still manage to play Destiny. I usually engage in matchmaking for Gambit while pursuing my Malfeasance quest. Lately, we encountered issues where players received a guitar error code, thus disrupting our matches. Today, I personally experienced missing enemies, the mote bank, and ultimately being kicked out of the match with an "incomplete match" warning. Upon visiting the website, I couldn't find a specific place to report these network problems. Despite attempting to resolve the situation by resetting routers and Mac addresses, we faced another timeout issue. It is crucial for Bungie to address these network challenges, as they are beyond my control. If this problem persists, I risk being unable to complete any Gambit quests or even play the game. Bungie, I seek your assistance to prevent unfair consequences from affecting my gameplay experience.

Lately, my son keeps encountering an error message on his PS4 while trying to play Destiny 2. The Nightingale error appears on the start screen. We tried various troubleshooting steps from the Destiny app like turning off and unplugging the console, restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and clearing the cache, but none of them worked. We are incredibly frustrated. How should we proceed?

I am extremely disappointed. My friends and I have been working hard with our Titans to acquire the One-Eyed Mask. During a strike yesterday, the mask dropped for me, but the game froze and disconnected us because of a server/network issue. When I checked my character, the mask was gone, and it wasn't with the Postmaster either. I have been tirelessly grinding for that mask, and it's disheartening to lose it through no fault of my own. Please assist me in getting back my mask.

Hello, my name is Cesar R. and my BattleNet tag is KyserKnight#[redacted]. Yesterday, my two friends and I finished the Shattered Throne Dungeon in Destiny 2. Later, I assisted them with the Wish Ender quest. While approaching the Shattered Throne portal in the Dreaming City, the game kicked us out, but we relaunched and continued. However, during the Wish Ender quest, I was unexpectedly disconnected and prompted to restart my Blizzard client, which I did. Upon logging back in, I received a message stating that my account has been banned. I am genuinely puzzled by this ban as I only play with my friends and have never engaged in cheating or modifying games that I enjoy. I am seeking clarification regarding this ban. Thank you.

Yesterday, my friends and I completed the Shattered Throne dungeon and moved on to help them with the Wish Ender quest in the Dreaming City. However, as we were approaching the Shattered Throne portal, we got kicked out. After relaunching, we were making progress when I was unexpectedly kicked out and received a message to restart my Blizzard account. Upon logging back in, I discovered that my account had been banned. I am perplexed by this as I was simply enjoying the game with my friends and have never engaged in cheating or game modifications. I am seeking clarification on the reason for this ban.

I recently bought a character level boost to play the new campaign with my friend. However, after deleting my Titan, I created another Warlock only to find out that the game prohibits receiving loot if you have multiple characters of the same class. This made me unable to get any loot from the Last Wish raid, which was the main reason I wanted three characters. I feel cheated as the customer service wouldn't offer a refund or help resolve the issue adequately. I deleted a character and made a new one just to play with my friend, but now I'm left feeling frustrated and annoyed. I wish they had made it clear that having duplicate classes would restrict loot, as I wouldn't have done it if I had known. I am hoping for a refund or to have my max level Titan restored, or even a boost for a new Titan. I love the game, but this experience has been very disappointing.

Dear Bungie, I recently obtained my Ace of Spades in-game and was rewarded with a code to redeem a model of the hand cannon from the Bungie Store. Regrettably, due to network connection issues and being busy at work last month, I missed the opportunity to claim my code on time. When I finally tried to redeem the code, it had already expired, leaving me unable to get my hands on the Ace of Spades, which is very disheartening. I apologize for the delay in claiming the code and would like to know if there is any way I could be granted a second chance to purchase the Ace of Spades. I am a fan of Cayde-6's lore and really don't want to miss out on having his cherished hand cannon in my collection. If there is a possibility for me to reacquire the code and make the purchase, I would do so without hesitation. Please consider giving me another opportunity to obtain the Ace of Spades. Hello, my name is Mark and my Xbox ID is “SecretlyBlazed.” I recently returned from vacation only to discover that my account has been permanently banned. I have been playing this game since its launch and have invested countless hours into it. I was shocked to find out that my younger brother had been playing on my account with individuals who were engaging in activities that violate the game's terms and conditions. I understand the strict ramifications for cheating in Destiny 1 and 2, and I am aware that a permanent ban is usually final. However, considering the dedication and time I have invested in this game, I cannot accept having my account banned for something I did not do. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue and possibly appealing the ban, especially with the new DLC release. I apologize for my brother's actions and any violations of the game's code of conduct. I've finished all four Mars Adventures in the Warmind DLC and should have unlocked the Heroic Adventures, but they are not available to me. Even though I have the Nascent Dawn 2/5 quest ready, when I try to do it, I keep getting placed in a random Heroic Adventure instead of the Psionic Potential (Heroic) one. I've repeated these adventures more than four times, and I am stuck in my quest progression. This issue has persisted since the release of the Warmind DLC, and despite other players experiencing the same problem, I haven't found a solution. It's frustrating as I do not want to redo all the adventures to move forward.

I attempted to buy the Thunderbird Exclusive Shirt from the Bungie store after meeting the qualifications for a discount code. However, upon checking my email for the code, it redirected me to Bungie.net and displayed "Reward Expired," denying me access to the earned code. Although I knew the deadline to buy the shirt was 12/31/18, I was unaware the code would expire if not saved. I successfully claimed the Thunderlord reward thrice and received three emails on 11/21/18 confirming the claim. Additionally, I have an email from Bungie congratulating me on the Triumph: Thunderlord on 11/15/18. I am eager to purchase the Thunderlord shirt earned as a reward and appreciate any assistance you can provide in retrieving a code for this purchase. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue while playing Destiny 2 on Titan. Following a public event, I received a message stating my account had been banned without further explanation. I attempted to seek clarification on the website provided, but there was no indication of the reason for the ban. I am unsure if this is a temporary or permanent ban. I wish to resolve this matter as I do not believe I was engaging in any form of cheating during gameplay, only enjoying the game. Visiting bungie.net did not provide a support page, leading me to only find tips and guides relevant to my issue. My attempt to contact support via phone was unsuccessful as the automated system led me back to the same message repeatedly. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Upon purchasing the Forsaken expansion for £70/£80, I was excited to have access to all the content and DLCs as soon as they were released. While Forsaken was enjoyable, the new DLC has been disappointing. After playing for a few hours, I found it lacking in story and excitement, unlike previous expansions like Curse of Osiris. I feel let down and like I've wasted my money. If future expansions follow this trend, you'll lose more customers. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter. Sincerely, K.D. On December 8, [redacted], I bought the Destiny 2 Expansion Pass to access the DLC content. However, when Forsaken was released, I couldn't purchase it separately and had to buy the Destiny 2 Forsaken - Legendary Edition on August 27, [redacted], which charged me for DLCs 1 & 2 again. As a long-time supporter, I'm disappointed with these business practices. I want to continue supporting Bungie, but being required to buy old content to access new content feels unfair. I believe credit should be applied to my account. I have all the receipts and credit card information available if necessary.

Hello Bungie, I am writing to address a situation involved in Destiny 2 where a player named RLCannabisKing was repeatedly disconnecting players during competitive matches, risking bans for me and my friend. Despite our pleas for him to stop, he continued with no regard for the consequences. I want to make it clear that we were not involved in his actions and apologize for any disruptions caused. My friend (Reaper Emo) and I have dedicated many hours to both Destiny and Destiny 2, enjoying your games and investing in them. I purchased Destiny 2 Forsaken, the third DLC, from Amazon on October 10, [redacted]. After entering the 12-digit code provided, it downloaded and installed correctly. Although I didn't activate the DLC right away, when I did on December 10, [redacted], everything seemed fine. However, on December 13, [redacted], while playing the Tangled Shore content with a friend, I encountered an issue. After navigating to another location in the game and returning, the DLC had disappeared from the destinations map. Despite restarting the game and my PS4, the DLC was still missing. Amazon couldn't help as they considered the delivery fulfilled since I started playing. Even after attempting to re-enter the code and renewing the licenses, the problem persisted. PlayStation support confirmed I own the DLC but couldn't resolve the issue. They recommended seeking assistance to retrieve the DLC on my PlayStation. I need help restoring the missing DLC.

I encountered some challenges when I was new to Destiny, playing on PS3. I purchased Destiny: The Taken King on 03/09/[redacted]. Initially lacking friends to guide me through the game, I made mistakes. Firstly, I mistakenly purchased a Duck Horn instead of the Clown Horn with Silver, thinking I could access it at the Tower. After dismantling it, I received a Horn Relay for Sparrow Racing League, an event I never participated in. Despite trying to get a refund through Destiny forums, I was unsuccessful. I now seek assistance in resolving this. Secondly, I accidentally dismantled Iron Banner Gear for my Titan and Hunter which cannot be reacquired in Destiny 1. I hope for a kind soul to restore my Titan's Iron Camelot Helmet and my Hunter's Wolfwood Cloak, as they were earned and hold sentimental value.
