I recently purchased a character level boost so that I could play through the new campaign with my friend, I was not a fan of titan (the were a little too strong, and boring to me, but that's a different issue) so i deleted my titan and just made an additional warlock, thinking that I could return to my normal playing when I reached max level. Little did I know, they do not give any indication as to the fact you practically aren't allowed to play the game if you use more than one character of the same class, so I was not able to receive ANY loot from the Last Wish raid, which is the only reason I wanted three characters to begin with. I was very blatantly ripped off and they would*could not resolve my issue with a simple refund or new character though the help lines.* I can understand why they would not allow powerful drops, but NONE is clearly just lazy problem solving that hurts players like me that genuinely enjoy the game ( i mean I deleted a character and made a new one just to play it again with my friend).*at the very least I would like a refund, but I would really just be happy with getting back my max level titan, or a boost for a new one. * * I would not have made a duplicate of the same class if I knew this was the case, and it gave me no indication that I was not going to be allowed any loot.* please just do the right thing, I love the game, but I was really robbed here, and I am kind of getting a headache over it at this point from annoyance and frustration.
