This is my second time getting locked out of the Destiny 2 competitive playlist. After getting a "contacting destiny servers" message, I was kicked from my second game today mid-gun fight and then locked out. Earlier today, I received an internal service error message [redacted] from the servers, causing another lockout. I'm frustrated by the repeated punishments due to server issues. I believe the game should be fixed without penalizing players unfairly. I would appreciate better handling of server problems to avoid disruptions during gameplay. I hope the company addresses these issues promptly.

Living with multiple sclerosis has made me struggle with inconsistency, but playing Destiny allows me to feel normal and competent. I dedicate hours each day to trying to achieve the Luna's Howl gun in competitive mode. Despite my efforts, I feel like I'm constantly slipping away from reaching my goal. Balancing this pursuit with caring for my one-year-old daughter adds to the pressure, and the game's challenges sometimes lead me to dark thoughts. Feeling frustrated that success in the game often relies on having a large group of friends with the same gun, I can't help but question my abilities both in-game and in life in general.

Hello, my name is Andrew Barajas. I wanted to discuss an issue I am having with Destiny 2 on my Xbox One X. Whenever I play Destiny, my Xbox One X overheats and shuts down, specifically during the Festival of the Lost. This is not happening when I play other games. Recently, while playing the Dark Forest, my Xbox randomly shuts down within 5 to 30 minutes, causing me to lose rewards and game time. Even my girlfriend's Xbox One X experienced the same issue while playing with me. I suspect Destiny is overloading the Xbox and causing it to overheat. I have missed out on rewards from the Dark Forest due to these shutdowns. I hope a solution can be found, as I would like to enjoy playing Destiny 2 during events like the Festival of the Lost without interruptions. If there is a way to recover the lost rewards, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to a response.

Hello. Recently, my account on Bungie was unexpectedly banned without explanation. Although I understand that bans aren't issued without cause, situations like this have occurred in the past where individuals were banned without justification. I did use third-party software like my mouse engine and Nvidia Shadowplay, but I'm unsure if this contributed to the ban. I'm a devoted fan of Destiny 1 and 2, having invested a significant amount of time and money into both games, accumulating over [redacted] hours on my account and around [redacted] hours on Destiny 1. I purchased the new DLC with the annual pass, which I am now unable to access, essentially wasting my money. Bungie's policy indicates that players are typically given restrictions first before facing a ban for repeated violations. I am eager to understand which aspect of the policy I breached and if there is a possibility of having my account reinstated, considering how essential this game has become to me. Thank you.

My computer has been experiencing issues with Destiny 2 Iron Banner specifically. Whenever I switch to my second character and try to play Iron Banner, I keep getting error messages prompting me to run a scan and repair. This has occurred multiple times within an hour, causing frustration. Interestingly, these problems started even before the recent season reset. Initially, I ignored them and just ran the repair tool, which seemed to fix the issue. However, the situation has escalated with my PC crashing with blue screens showing memory management and system issues even when not playing Destiny 2. As all other games and programs work fine, I suspect the problem lies with Destiny 2. I'm willing to provide any evidence or online activity details to resolve this issue before it escalates further.

Hello, I am Graeme Lakin, also known as HighlandKelt on Xbox Live. I have been attempting to purchase in-game silver for Destiny 2 through the Xbox store without success. Despite multiple attempts over several months, the currency has not been added to my account in the game. When I bought the Destiny 2: Forsaken DLC, I noticed an unexpected change. My silver balance now shows as -[redacted] silver in red, which prevents me from making any purchases from Eververse. I believe this is a mistake, as I should have +[redacted] silver instead. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, Graeme L.

Hello, I would like to address an issue I have encountered regarding the purchase of Destiny 2. Last year, I initially bought the base game for £42. Recently, in September, I bought the expansions Curse of Osiris and Warmind for £15. Now, I am being asked to pay an additional £29 for the Forsaken expansion, bringing my total expenses to £86. However, my friend obtained the base game for free through PS Plus and later purchased a bundle in October for £29 that included all expansions, including Forsaken. This has led me to feel unfairly treated, considering my prior investment in the game. I kindly request your assistance in providing me with a complimentary Forsaken redemption code for PS4. Please respond by email at [redacted]

Your servers consistently have bugs. I suggest adding a tether from your ghost when falling off the edge, especially when activating a super. The drop rate of exotics is frustrating. If this is a new DLC, it should prioritize new exotics over old ones. The requirement for masterwork cores is excessive. Players shouldn't have to use them for every infusion. Being able to equip more than one exotic at a time would enhance gameplay. The tether concept is crucial for avoiding falls off the map due to being hit.

I must admit that I was impatient and curious and made a poor decision by trying an aim bot. Instantly realizing my mistake, I discontinued its use. With a profound realization of my wrongdoing, I fully acknowledge that I should face consequences. With over [redacted] hours invested in the game and relying on it as a significant social outlet due to extreme social anxiety, losing access is truly distressing. I assure you that the experience has been a lesson learned, and I am sincerely remorseful for impacting others' gameplay negatively. Initially considering dishonesty, I accepted accountability as I installed the aim bot. I seek the opportunity to return to the game in the future, even with a delayed reinstatement, as I deeply value this community. Thank you for your consideration. - Jess DeerGod#[redacted]

Hello Bungie, my name is James T. I have a vital question regarding Destiny. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with cancer, and I am uncertain about my future. One of my wishes is to play Destiny with my friends, but I lack the time to invest a substantial amount of hours to gear up my character. Is there a way I can compensate you to acquire the necessary gear so I can enjoy the game alongside my loved ones, especially my son, during this difficult time? My gamertag is Jdogg1274, and I am prepared to cover any additional expenses. I find solace in playing the game, especially while undergoing treatments, as it allows me to bond with my son and friends through raids and teamwork. Your assistance would mean a great deal to me. Thank you.

Dear Bungie, I am frustrated with the current state of the game. Bringing back old exotics without new content shows a lack of creativity. Server issues like lagging and hit marker problems are unacceptable. I've dedicated a lot of time to the game and have not received any new exotics, unlike some friends who play casually. The imbalance in weapon stats and supers is disheartening. If these issues persist, I may have to consider deleting the game again. I hope to see improvements soon for the sake of all players who enjoy the game. Best regards.

Dear Bungie, I am disappointed in the current state of the game. The recycling of old exotics feels uninspired, and server issues like lag and hit registration problems are frustrating. Despite investing significant time into the game post-Forsaken, I have not received any new exotic drops except for two from quests. Meanwhile, friends who play casually seem to have better luck. The imbalance of weapons and supers also detracts from the overall gaming experience. If these issues persist, I may consider deleting the game once again. I hope the team can address these concerns to ensure a more enjoyable and fair gameplay for all users. Sincerely, A Dedicated Player

I have been using my Bungie account for years, all the way back to Halo, with the gamer tag "Shadow of Night" on Xbox Live. I have played Destiny from the beta through Destiny 2, but took a break. Recently, I got the free Destiny 2 on PC and wanted to start playing again. However, when I tried to link my account profiles on Bungie, it keeps signing me into a profile named "Yokingmedal63" that I don't recognize. I can still find my gamer tag and clan (Anamnesis) with no issue. Even resetting my password used my current phone number for confirmation, but I cannot access my original Shadow of Night account. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

Good afternoon, I encountered a bug with the release of "Collections" in Destiny 2. The "Honors of the Nine" shader seems to be missing from my collections, despite previously acquiring and applying it to my gear. Since I no longer have the physical shader item in my inventory, it does not appear in my "Collections," preventing me from repurchasing it. I've tried dismantling items with the shader equipped to get another copy, but without success. The shader was only available through Trials of the Nine, which is now canceled, and I fear I've lost it permanently. I've attached proof of owning the shader and a screenshot showing it's not unlocked in my "Collection." I hope there's a solution for this issue as I don't want to miss out on having the shader again. You can also check my Blizzard.net account MapleSurrup#[redacted] for further inspection. Thank you!

I recently downloaded Destiny 2 and have been unable to play due to consistently receiving error code buffalo every time I attempt to enter the game. This issue has persisted for about 48 hours now, despite my friends in the same region and on the same ISP being able to play without a problem. I have confirmed that I have not played or downloaded Destiny 2 on any other device, and I am not logged into battle.net on any other machine. I have already reached out to Blizzard for support, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as rebooting, logging out, clearing cache, and reinstalling the game, but nothing has worked so far. It's baffling as I have been able to play other online games smoothly. I'm confused about what could be causing this issue and how to fix it, as it doesn't seem to be a routine maintenance problem or related to multiple game instances. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been a Destiny player since D1 and have purchased all of your content for both games. My D2 account has been permanently banned due to connection issues on my end as my Sky Internet has been unreliable in the past few weeks, affecting my in-game connection. Yesterday afternoon around 1 or 2 pm, I played two games in Quick Play on my own and got returned to orbit during the second game because I had to take a phone call in the living room. When I returned to my Xbox and realized I was back in orbit, I turned off my Xbox. I came back to my Xbox around 5 pm and found out my account was permanently banned. The other day, while playing Comp with two friends, we all experienced connection problems, being kicked from games frequently. After about five games with disconnects, I decided to stop as I was losing points I had worked hard to earn. I have been advised to create a new account, but I prefer to resolve this ban if possible. I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you.

Hi Bungie, I have been a dedicated player of Destiny 1 and 2 since the beginning and I absolutely love the games. They are the only games I play regularly. I'm not a streamer and my clan situation isn't the best. I've struggled to find people to play with due to my KD ratio. I have been eagerly waiting for Destiny 2 to feature Luna's Howl and Not Forgotten. I have invested countless hours into the game, to the point where my wife even broke my controller (crazy, right?). The pursuit of Not Forgotten seems to be slipping further away each day, especially with the impending reset. I have even considered looking on eBay for someone to play on my behalf to obtain these guns. The cost for Luna alone is approximately £[redacted]. Please assist me with this. I'm unsure what can be done, but I'm reaching out in desperation. If I manage to get Not Forgotten, it will be the only gun I use in my top slot. It will be my prized possession in the game. Any suggestions, tips, or even cheats would be greatly appreciated. I have searched extensively online but to no avail. Please email me back. Thank you, DT.

Hello, I have an unusual request, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. I used to share games with my ex on PlayStation, and although I didn't play much until this past year, I contributed financially to all the games on his account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to Destiny 2, which is the only game I play, and I know it will reset on the 27th for the new DLC. I won't get paid until next week, but I'm hoping Bungie might assist me. I'm aware the game was free in September, and I intend to purchase the pass next week. I'm keen on finding a way to play before the reset. My gamer tag is fluffybunny00001, and I play this game throughout the day. Being a single stay-at-home mom, this game brings me joy. Can you offer any help? Thank you in advance.

I've experienced various player vs player games, some with hackers, others just dull, but none compare to the poor matchmaking in Bungie's Destiny Crucible games. I've never seen a game punish players competitively for issues that are essentially Bungie's responsibility. Real matchmaking seems nonexistent in Destiny 1 & 2, just random placements. They don't group players based on connectivity or skill levels. Clans aren't matched against each other, making lobbies unbalanced and frustrating. The lazy matchmaking, microtransactions, short stories, and quick raid experiences are driving players away from Destiny 2. It's truly disappointing.

Hello Bungie, I initially obtained the free version of Destiny through my PS Plus membership. After enjoying the game, I decided to purchase the Osiris, Warmind, and Forsaken expansions. Despite playing for months since downloading it with PS Plus, I have only received a single exotic drop. All my other exotics have come from specific sources such as quests, Xur, and farming activities. This lack of exotic drops from open-world activities is disappointing, and it is discouraging me from considering the next Annual Pass or continuing to play the game. I believe there may be an issue with my account or characters, as the drop rate seems unusually low considering my playtime. I urge you to investigate this matter by checking the historical item log data associated with my PSN name, Wizkid_M, to confirm my concerns. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
