I am having trouble finding the Destiny 2 Forsaken DLC in the Xbox Store. I have purchased the base game and the previous DLCs separately. I recently bought a code at GameStop for the Forsaken DLC for $40. When I tried to redeem the code in the Xbox Store, I received $40 Microsoft credit, but still could not find the Forsaken DLC alone. I would appreciate it if I could receive a code specifically for the Forsaken DLC, or if there is a way to use the $40 credit to purchase the DLC. Thank you.

I pre-ordered the Deluxe Destiny 2 and purchased the Forsaken DLC with the 1-year pass. On the launch day, I played for 3-4 hours until on September 5th at 2 pm Manila time, I couldn't access my account as it said it's banned. I'm not tech-savvy and have never cheated in the game. I'm unsure why I've been banned. I kindly request to have my account unbanned as it contains all my collections like over [redacted] Nightfalls, completed exotic collection pre-Forsaken, and Escalation Protocol ammo. I've dedicated many hours to your game and paid for it. If not resolved, I'll explore legal options. Hoping for a positive response.

I purchased the FORSAKEN expansion for $40. I've been playing Destiny 2 with my son since last September, and we've purchased both Curse of Osiris and Warmind DLCs without any issues. I enjoy the game and play daily, but my son has lost interest due to frustrations with Bungie and Destiny 2. It's disheartening not to understand the discussions on helpful YouTube channels we used to rely on. We were prepared for the FORSAKEN content, but it seems inaccessible despite meeting all the requirements. I wake up 2-3 hours early every morning to indulge in the gameplay. I urge Bungie to address this issue promptly. I value your product and have fulfilled my part as a dedicated player; I now request the necessary assistance to resolve this matter.

Hello, I have been considering buying the new Forsaken DLC and was surprised to find only a $53 option available, which includes the game and a level booster. I had pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Destiny 2 at launch and have been playing since then. I am solely interested in purchasing the DLC, and spending a total of $[redacted] on the game seems excessive to me. I feel like as an early supporter of the game, I am being penalized rather than appreciated. I hope there is a more affordable option for just the DLC that I am not aware of. Currently, it seems like I am being compelled to pay more for a DLC that is essential for me to keep enjoying one of my favorite games. During the Week 2 Ascendant Challenge, I encountered an issue where a Taken Cabal pushed me off the edge after I completed the challenge. Unfortunately, upon respawning, I couldn't re-enter the realm to claim the chest, missing out on the completion credit for my two weekly bounties. Even though I received credit for the triumph, the portal didn't reappear, leaving me with the Ascendant buff but no way to progress. I appeal for a solution to this problem and request the due credit for my bounties or the gear they offer. This experience has dampened my enthusiasm for future events, as the bounties will expire before my next opportunity, resulting in a loss of valuable gear. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated as I am feeling quite distressed by this situation.

I recently completed Destiny and logged off, only to find all my weapons, rewards, end game quests, and interactions with vendors missing when I returned the next day. I have been playing Destiny since its debut, and now I am unable to access any end game content or missions. The game simply states that the inventory is out of stock. This situation is distressing, and I urge the need for a resolution or a full refund, as I am unable to play the game with these issues persisting.

I recently purchased the Destiny Collector's Edition but haven't received the Destiny: The Taken King - Weapons Pack and SUROS Arsenal Pack for all characters. Additionally, I'm missing the Destiny: The Taken King Collectors Edition digital content for just the hunter character. I've already visited the Vanguard Quartermaster in the hangar, but found nothing. I bought the product on PlayStation Store for Destiny 1 on PS3. After reinstalling on PlayStation, the issue remains. Today's update on September 18th introduced Iron Banner, and I am encountering issues. The token system for the Iron Banner vendor is supposed to reward a power engram every time the engram meter is filled. However, each time I receive what is noted as a power engram, it turns out to be a basic engram when I check my inventory. This discrepancy repeats every time I interact with the vendor. It appears to be a significant glitch or bug as I am not receiving the correct level of loot that I should be. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to contact support regarding this matter, and I hope that by sharing this, my problem will be acknowledged. It is frustrating to feel cheated out of a whole day of game progress due to this issue.

I've been a devoted Destiny fan since the beta phase, investing countless hours grinding in the game. When Destiny 2 was released, I hesitated to join due to the negative feedback. Recently, Destiny 2 was offered for free, including the latest DLC. I decided to give it a chance, and I am enjoying it. However, after investing time into the game, I discovered that most of my progress is now restricted unless I purchase the newest DLC. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, as they initially encouraged my gameplay only to require payment to continue. The situation has left me frustrated as I cannot access content I earned. While I cannot request a refund since I never paid for the game, I believe the developers should consider offering the Forsaken DLC for free to dedicated players like me who feel disheartened by the current system.

I have encountered problems with taking damage too quickly and dying often in game situations such as patrols or strikes. I invested in high-quality gear and even created a new test account where things seemed to improve. However, when I linked my original account to this new system, the issue resurfaced. Strangely, now even the test account is experiencing the same problems as the old one. In the crucible, I'm easily taken out with one or two shots from scout rifles, while it takes me a full clip to eliminate an opponent with the same weapon. Can anyone offer insight into why this is occurring? This situation is incredibly frustrating for me.

Despite having a strong internet connection, I am unable to resolve the issue, and it seems to be a persistent problem on your end. Upon visiting your website, I observed a tendency to shift blame to other factors and redirect customers to unhelpful forums, which is frustrating. I believe it is unacceptable that I had to resort to reaching out on this platform to address the issue. I am highly disappointed that I cannot play the game I just purchased, and I am understandably frustrated. It appears to be a server-related problem that needs attention promptly. Many users seem to be experiencing similar difficulties, emphasizing the urgent need for resolution. I urge the company to either rectify the issue promptly or reconsider making the games available for purchase until the matter is resolved. The problem lies with your servers, not with the users who support your products. It is essential to address and resolve this issue promptly.

I am receiving the error code "weasel." Despite trying numerous troubleshooting steps such as unlinking apps, clearing the cache, changing cables, reinstalling the game, and checking my settings, the issue persists. I have been an avid player of Destiny and Destiny 2 since their releases and play regularly. Unfortunately, there is no tech support number available, leaving me frustrated with potentially no gameplay for the next few days. I am hopeful for a resolution or compensation like an engram. I have encountered an issue regarding the Solstice of Heroes T-Shirt discount code. I qualified for the code but was unable to purchase the shirt immediately due to financial constraints. However, upon attempting to place my order today, I realized that the code had disappeared, and it was mentioned that the codes are no longer being generated. I am concerned about the disappearance of my code as obtaining this shirt was a significant achievement for me after many late nights of gameplay. Hello, my name is Allen. I am encountering trouble logging into my Warlock character on Destiny 2. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive an error message with the code Weasel. Strangely, I can log in to my other characters without any problems, indicating that the issue is specific to my Warlock. I have tested this on different internet connections and Xbox consoles to rule out server-related problems. Unfortunately, my Warlock consistently disconnects me to the title screen upon logging in. Moreover, when I checked the phone app, it indicated that I had no character or profile data, which is inaccurate. I bought the "Rise of Iron" DLC for Destiny, not realizing that the base game is only available as part of a bundle with "The Taken King" and "Rise of Iron." I believed purchasing the DLC would grant me access to the base game as well. After discovering this was incorrect, I bought the bundle, resulting in having two copies of "Rise of Iron." Is it possible to get a refund for the standalone DLC or transfer it to a friend? This all happened in the last 4 days, so I'm hoping for a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Good afternoon Bungie! I recently returned to Destiny since the Forsaken launch and was thrilled with the new collection system. Sadly, I noticed my New Monarchy shaders from the faction rally were missing from my collection book. I learned that shaders not in my inventory during the system update wouldn't show up in the collection, which is disappointing since there won't be a faction rally this season. Is there a way to unlock my New Monarchy shaders again or reacquire them? Thank you for your help. P.S. I found a MIDA-Mini Tool in my vault with the shader, but I dismantled it thinking it might return the shader as some players suggested. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. It's frustrating not being able to reclaim those shaders after grinding for them.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue in Destiny 2. After fully maximizing the faction reward with the gunsmith at the farm, the notification indicates I should collect my recognition but no rewards are showing up in the designated area. Despite restarting both the application and my PS4, as well as attempting to collect the reward, nothing has changed. I have thoroughly checked my character and inventory, but no new items have appeared. The screen still displays a full gunsmith materials bar with the prompt to collect the reward persisting. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Craig H. and a big fan of Destiny and Destiny 2. I've been having issues with my default control settings. My primary weapon won't shoot, but my Energy weapon (if it's a bow) will, and my power weapon won't shoot unless I spam the right trigger. When I change the button layout to Puppeteer, everything works fine, but I find it hard to adjust to a new shooting style. My clan doesn't experience this problem, and other games work fine, ruling out a controller issue. I'm concerned there might be a bug in my game. Could you please assist me in resolving this?
