Hello, I'm MadVoltage54, and I've encountered a frustrating problem with my game lately. Whenever I complete activities that should reward me with both loot and an emblem, I've noticed that while I receive the loot, the emblem doesn't show up in my inventory. I've confirmed that my emblem slots and postmaster are not full. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this issue as I don't want to miss out on emblems from the Escalation Protocol and the new raid lair. Thank you for your help. MadVoltage54

I would like assistance with creating a Destiny 2 clan. The validation process is flagging a term I am using that is similar to "white," but I assure you it is not inappropriate. The clan is named FOXHOUND, FOX, with the motto, "A cornered Fox is more dangerous than a Jackal... - Gray Fox." Our mission statement is about the events involving Solid Snake, Gray Fox, and Big Boss in [redacted], with no inappropriate content. Kindly address this issue, as I do not want to stop supporting or playing the game over this misunderstanding.

I have an issue with my purchase. I preordered Destiny 2 in February [redacted] for Xbox One, paying $[redacted], expecting a similar experience to Destiny 1. The Destiny 2 release was disappointing. I played until Christmas and switched to a PC. My Xbox is now having connectivity issues; I can't play many online games on it. Can I do anything to transfer Destiny 2 to my PC? I can't afford another $[redacted] for this. I haven't played the new Warmind DLC and this situation is frustrating. I hope someone can help, as I can't spend another $[redacted]. Thank you and have a nice day.

I am having trouble obtaining the "Resonate Stems" in Destiny 2. I have tried completing blue and purple quests as suggested, but it did not work. I also attempted to progress in the Polaris Lance questline, but the adventures/quests did not register. I am currently stuck on the Sleeper Simulant quest, where I need to complete 3 escalation protocols and find 15 sleeper nodes. I have finished 2 out of the 3 escalation protocols. Do you have any insights or assistance regarding this issue?

Hello Bungie, I hope you receive this message. I've been playing Destiny since day one without any issues until recently. Back in Destiny 1, a player named GhostS_KiLLR_x7 did trials recoveries for me. When Destiny 2 came out, he did a flawless recovery for me, but later failed to complete a paid recovery. Another player, LordMazo, then took over recoveries for me. However, during the latest trials, GhostS_KiLLR_x7 reappeared under the new username Solo6God. He tricked LordMazo into giving him access to my account (x_chris_95x), where he deleted all my characters. I've invested a lot of time, money, and effort in Destiny 2. I seek your help to restore my characters, weapons, and gear. I can provide evidence of the incident. LordMazo has been trustworthy, and I don't want to lose my progress forever. Thank you for your assistance. Your loyal guardian, x_chris_95x.

I am facing an issue with Error Code "Marionberry" while playing on my PC. I have completed all basic troubleshooting steps provided by the first level of tech support. After recently receiving a new router and modem from my ISP, I ensured all ports were forwarded correctly and have rebooted my devices multiple times. Despite this, I am unable to launch the game. I am at a loss on what could be causing this problem. I recently purchased DLC after much consideration, only to be unable to play due to this issue. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter effectively.

I've had Destiny 2 for less than a week now. Initially, I was hesitant due to the issues with Bungie, but eventually decided to get it. I've encountered 2 problems. First, despite being at level 30 and completing all requirements to receive the milestone to commit to a faction, I haven't received it even after trying various troubleshooting steps. Another minor issue is not getting my achievement for reaching level 20. Please address the milestone problem promptly so I can fully enjoy the game. The data is stored on Bungie's servers, so the fix should be straightforward.

In August of [redacted], I bought Destiny for the PS3, which came with the expansions "The Dark Below," "House of Wolves," and "The Taken King." Due to financial challenges, I was unable to access WiFi until recently. When I attempted to play the game, I discovered that the redeem code for the expansion packs had expired. I initially underestimated the need for internet access to fully enjoy the game and, hoping to acquire internet at a later date, I set the game aside. Now, two years later, I am seeking assistance on obtaining a new redeem code to access the expansion packs without the need to purchase another game. I have the receipt from the original purchase, if that information is helpful.

I had Destiny 1 on my PS3. A while back in [redacted], I played it on my uncle's PS4 using my same account as on the PS3. Recently, I purchased my own PS4 and acquired the Destiny 1 Collection with all the DLCs. When I started playing on the new PS4, I noticed that none of my previously earned items had carried over from the PS3. Despite having all my characters at [redacted] light with a variety of weapons on the PS3, on the PS4 I only had 2 characters below [redacted] light. I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer my progress from the PS3 to the PS4 as I bought the game again on the PS4 specifically to continue with the Rise of Iron expansion. I find it disappointing that there was no warning about this issue. Thank you.

I purchased a new copy of Destiny: The Collection for PS4 for $39.99 on July 13th at GameStop on [redacted] Hinkleville Rd, Paducah, Kentucky [redacted]. When I tried to redeem the code for expansions 1 & 2, The Taken King, and Rise of Iron, I received an error message stating the code was invalid and already used. I am disappointed as I have been unable to enjoy the full potential of the game since then. I have reached out to both GameStop Corporate and PlayStation Network for assistance, but have not received a resolution. GameStop advised me to contact PlayStation, who referred me to the game developers. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly so I can get back to playing. My PSN username is Assassinblakdot.

I purchased Destiny 2 for PC from Newegg with a computer part. The code expired in one month. I attempted to use the code on my then computer, but it required the purchased part to redeem. Newegg took months to deliver the CPU, and I had to return the monitor and Motherboard for RMA, causing delays. Both Newegg and Nvidia advised me to contact the other. I have the $59.99 receipt from Newegg with tax, saved responses from both companies, and never got to play the game. I am seeking assistance to find the Blizzard activation code or ideally receive the game or a refund of $64.86 I paid. Time is limited before the expansion release, and potentially receiving Blizzard credit could be preferable as an alternate option.

I recently upgraded from a PlayStation 3, where I had purchased all three DLCs for Destiny (the dark below, house of wolves, and the taken king), to a PlayStation 4. Upon logging in, I noticed that I did not have access to the taken king DLC. Despite confirming my ownership with PlayStation support, I was informed I needed to repurchase the DLC on my new console. This was frustrating since I had already bought it previously. I ended up buying the taken king DLC again, but it seems unreasonable to pay twice for the same content. Also, I was disappointed that they couldn't reimburse me for the $21.09 I spent on the repurchase and restore my access to the DLC I initially bought in [redacted]. Thank you.

My fireteam and I recently made an effort to finish the Spire of Stars raid lair in Destiny 2 by Bungie. Despite hours of trying, we managed to defeat the boss, only to have the game eliminate us with no rewards. I have the recording of this incident saved on my Playstation 4. I am prepared to share the footage with Bungie for verification purposes. Our fireteam seeks a resolution by having the completion for the Spire of Stars raid lair added to our Moments of Triumph, along with receiving any loot we should have obtained from the boss chest. Please refer to my video on my youtube channel under BlackArcher156 or view my facebook page under Isaiah Londot for the recorded footage.

Hello, my son was recently banned from his favorite game, Destiny 2. He suffers from depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline schizophrenia. He has been playing the game since it came out as it helps calm him down. I monitor his PlayStation activity and I am unsure why he was banned. He believes he did nothing wrong. He was invited to play with someone he met that day, and the next day he received a ban. His emotional state has deteriorated, and I had to take him to the hospital as he cannot control his emotions. He has not been eating or sleeping and has had mood swings. He takes pride in his achievements in the game, like completing the Nightfall. I am concerned for him and do not want his beloved game to be taken away unjustly. Please contact me for more information. Thank you.

Ever since Warmind, I've been experiencing constant lettuce, cabbage, beaver, weasel, moose, and guitar errors in Destiny. I've tried buying a new Netgear nighthawk x6 router, wiring my connection, port forwarding, and setting up a static IP address for my PS4. Despite my efforts, I'm still unable to finish missions, strikes, or PvP matches. I've been a loyal player since Destiny 1 and don't want to give up on the game entirely. It's frustrating to dedicate hours to playing and not make any progress due to these technical issues. My clan mates are also facing glitches, making it hard for all of us to enjoy the game. Any assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Solstice of Heroes Armor for Warlock! I have noticed an issue with the Warlock's robe in the game. When you apply a glow effect to it, the dye seems to cover the glow rather than having the glow on top. Additionally, when I use a shader on the robe, the top half changes color with the glow, but the bottom half remains blue, creating an odd look. For example, try using the Bumblebee shader with the arc glow on the robe. Half of it turns green and half of it stays blue, which doesn't look good at all. I hope this can be addressed because it's disappointing to see these inconsistencies. Also, the design of the Warlock helmets could use some improvement too. As a player since Year 1 of Destiny 1, I expect better attention to detail in these aspects.

While I'm in Alaska this summer, the poor internet service is making it tough to play online games. My internet speed is very slow, ranging from [redacted]-900kb for downloads. Although I mainly stick to PVE to avoid disrupting other players, I've been attempting PVP to get the solstice armor. Unfortunately, my lag has likely caused me to be reported for cheating or having a slow connection, leading to a ban after about a month of playing. I'm quite disheartened as I enjoy the game and want to keep playing. Once I'm back in Seattle, my connection will improve, but for now, I'm stuck. Is there any way to be unbanned so I can continue enjoying the game until my internet situation improves?

Hello Bungie, I wanted to discuss your recent update for Solstice of Heroes. I've observed that turning in Solstice engrams can grant armor glows in blue, purple, or orange. Additionally, these glows are available for purchase. Personally, I purchased 3 arc subclass armor glows. What I wasn't aware of is that having the corresponding subclass element enhances the appearance of the glow. Unfortunately, I rarely use my arc subclass on my Hunter, my main character. Typically, I rely on the tether subclass. Although I planned to grind for the void armor glow before going on vacation, Solstice of Heroes will end when I return, and Forsaken will be launched. While I understand this is a big request, could you please consider exchanging my arc armor glows for void armor glows? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. If further details are needed, feel free to reach out via email.

In Halo 3, I've been attempting to acquire the Hyabusa sword, a challenging task that requires significant time and effort. I made an effort to unlock all achievements for the DLC maps in the multiplayer mode, but the game's age has resulted in a lack of players on those specific maps. This scarcity of players makes it impossible for me to obtain the DLC map achievements necessary to reach the required gamer score for the sword. It's frustrating that the low player count is hindering my progress. While it may sound desperate, given the circumstances, could you possibly consider granting me the Hyabusa sword that I've been diligently working towards for an extended period?

I am disappointed that I cannot play Destiny: The Taken King after all this time. I am frustrated by the need for an internal hard drive when I only have a 4GB standard Xbox [redacted] drive. I had everything ready to play – the Xbox, the game, the Xbox Live Gold Membership – when I was hit with the message that a hard drive is required. I have already invested a lot of time and money into this setup, and the thought of buying a 200GB internal hard drive and installing it feels like a waste. I cannot afford a new Xbox or Xbox One, so it seems like I'll be sticking to Skyrim indefinitely. Is there a way to upgrade my internal drive or play Destiny without one? If not, I may have to rethink playing any more Bungie games if this is the standard requirement.
