I have noticed unauthorized charges on my card from Bumble dating app. It began in January [redacted], even though I haven't used the service in months and I don't recall upgrading. I want to cancel these charges immediately. After realizing the situation, I reinstalled the app, but it created a new account instead of letting me access my original one to stop the charges. Unfortunately, there is no customer service number available for me to call for assistance, which is frustrating. I'd appreciate it if you can cancel all subscriptions promptly.

I believe my account has been compromised, possibly along with Tinder, as there are two unauthorized charges on my statement. The charges from Bumble total $40, and I did not make these transactions or even encounter any prompts to spend money. I need this matter rectified urgently. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will visit my bank at 11:00 AM EST to report and dispute these charges. I am hesitant to discuss this issue with my banker, so I urge you to reverse the charges before my bank visit. If not resolved by 11 AM EST today, I will escalate my dissatisfaction on various social media platforms. Please contact me via phone at [redacted] or email at [redacted] Best, Dylan Shepherd

I've noticed that my pictures were removed on a similar application and replaced with a picture of a female seeking a woman. I also discovered unauthorized charges on Bumble and Tinder Buzz, totaling $69, made under my profile with a female's picture instead of mine. I have started the dispute process, but if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will seek legal representation to address this impersonation using my username and password. I never received a notification of these charges, and had it not been for a security alert from Google, I wouldn't have known. The $40 charge needs to be refunded immediately, and all accounts associated with this fraud must be deleted permanently. Failure to do so will result in further action, including contacting a family attorney and posting about this on social media to expose this fraudulent activity.

Hello, I received a call from my bank this morning about potential fraud involving Bumble and two other companies whom Bumble may have shared my bank details with. Although I previously subscribed to Bumble, I deleted my account in December. However, in January [redacted], Bumble charged me, and I also noticed charges from Zorkylo and WRA-hwc.com, companies I am unfamiliar with. As I have canceled my account, I am surprised by these unauthorized charges and the sharing of my information. Please reach out to me promptly to arrange a refund, as I have not used the services. Thank you. - H. Walker

Hello. I have enjoyed using Bumble for 7 months, but recently, I am only seeing blurred images of people and am being prompted to purchase a "Boost" feature. Unfortunately, this is not working properly as I am unable to swipe or view clear pictures of men (I am a woman seeking men for dating). Despite following all guidelines, my Bumble account is now frozen. I attempted to resolve this by buying a one-week boost, but it did not improve the situation. I am unsure how to resolve this issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Wendy.

Good evening Customer Support, I am saddened to share that I am no longer a part of the Bumble community. I have truly enjoyed using this app and meeting some wonderful people. My account was possibly removed due to a picture of me without a shirt, which was a lapse in judgment on my part. I assure you that I have always maintained respectful behavior and never used inappropriate language or aggression. I value respect and adherence to guidelines, and I am sincerely requesting a second chance. I am committed to following all rules and ensuring such an oversight does not reoccur. Ultimately, I am seeking a special connection and hope for an opportunity to continue using the app. I kindly ask for your compassion and understanding. Thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, Korey

Attention Bumble Users: Important reminder - Bumble may retain your profile information, including pictures, even after you delete your account. Deactivating the account on your phone is not enough; follow instructions to log in on a desktop to complete the deletion. Remember, your phone number can still identify you even if you forget your username, and make sure to disable the Facebook login option as well. Even if you've been in a relationship for some time, your profile could still be visible and accessible without your consent. After deleting the account, you may need to manually remove all your information to ensure your privacy. It's concerning that Bumble keeps your information for up to 30 days, making you unexpectedly searchable on their platform. Be aware that some users may misuse deactivated accounts. Unlike other dating sites, Bumble's retention policy lacks transparency and control, leading to potential privacy breaches. Share this information with friends to raise awareness and prevent similar issues. Bumble's practices raise doubts about their commitment to user safety and privacy. Anonymous.

I need to share some information about a man named Greg Voss. He uses various email addresses and is active on multiple dating sites. Greg often doesn't use his own picture. We have seen him on Match and Meetville, where he uses both real and fake accounts. He is a sex addict who frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. Greg even uses text and burner apps to request photos and talk to women, typically targeting those aged 18-25. Despite being 39 with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he pretends to be younger and lies about his identity. He may mention his past relationships to gain sympathy before engaging in sexting. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he works at Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama. He resides in Adamsville, Alabama, and can be reached at [redacted]. Some of his emails include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Let's take action to address this situation.

I would like to report concerning actions by Greg Voss. He has been using multiple email addresses on various dating platforms, often without photos, including Match and Meetville. It seems he also creates fake accounts. Greg, a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and 21-year-old son, seems to target women aged 18-25. He portrays himself as a loving single dad who recently lost his father. However, he manipulates women into sending explicit photos using texting apps and burner numbers. He uses chat rooms and video chatting apps for his deceit. I urge action to protect others from this predator. He works at Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. His known numbers are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Some of his email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I filled out the entry form for the Melbourne Hive competition on August 3, [redacted]. The form asked for an Instagram handle, but I typically don't use Instagram much. I tried using the handle #rosworthington, which has 4 photos, but the form says the handle doesn't exist. I attempted different variations like @RosWorthington but had no luck. I'm not the Ros Worthington from Perth who uses Ros_Worthington or Ros_Worthington's name. I'm eager to enter the competition. I've faced this issue on Bumble before, which is frustrating because I'm not a frequent Instagram user and don't plan to be. I can provide my Facebook account name as an alternative for identity verification since I'm active on Facebook.

I encountered a troubling situation with a member named Jeff Fair from Fort Wayne on your site. Despite our prior interactions, he displayed rude behavior and made me feel uncomfortable. After traveling to meet him, he decided to ghost me without explanation. Jeff's actions were disrespectful and unsettling. I urge you to take action to prevent others from experiencing similar mistreatment by Jeff. I have evidence through text and phone calls to support my claim. Thank you for addressing this, Kathy Pagano

I am seeking assistance in having my daughter's account on Bumble removed permanently. Despite deleting the app from her phone and banning its use, I want to ensure she cannot access it through other means. Her misuse of the app has led her into contact with individuals providing alcohol, which is illegal in New Mexico due to her being a minor. She provided false information about her age and occupation. Her name is Eva Duran from the [redacted] zip code. As a concerned mother, I have evidence of her profile and am requesting help in preventing her from obtaining alcohol.

Hello, I'm Maddy. I have enjoyed using Bumble, meeting great people and going on interesting dates. Unfortunately, a month ago, my friend jokingly pretended to be me on my account, saying inappropriate things that got me blocked. Despite this, I assure you I am not involved in any questionable activities; I am a young single mom teaching special education, looking for a meaningful connection. I acknowledge the rules I violated and why my account was blocked, but I'm sincerely hoping for your assistance in unblocking my phone number. Thank you for your attention. - Madeline Gaudet

I've been noticing automatic charges on my account even though I canceled the app a while ago. I've been charged for a few months without realizing it. I have multiple email addresses and I'm unsure which one is associated with the account. I want to cancel all subscriptions linked to my account as I haven't been using the app. Every time I try to boost something on the app, I get charged, but it never goes through, likely due to being on the wrong account. I simply want to cancel everything to avoid any future charges.

Dear Bumble Support, I encountered my ex-partner on CMB around a year ago. His name is Troy M. C. L. Our relationship recently ended due to his abusive behavior. I was physically assaulted for nearly 3 hours, enduring various attacks and strangulation. Subsequently, I involved the authorities. Despite this, he denies his actions. I am in the process of addressing this matter privately. I am concerned to learn that he has returned to dating apps. What measures does your platform have in place to safeguard users from individuals like him? Although I hope for his personal growth, there remains a risk of him causing harm to others. My own ordeal has left me deeply affected, and I implore you to prioritize the safety of women on your app. I seek reassurance regarding the security of female users on your site.

I am using the Bumble Date app on (Apple) iOS. While using the app, I was offered a FREE 14-day trial of the 'boost' feature. I agreed, expecting to be charged $49.99 + tax for three months only if I chose to continue after the trial. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $53.16 on my checking account within less than 14 hours. I have already reached out to my bank to dispute this charge. I feel misled as I was under the impression it was a free trial period.
