Cancel daily subscription ... I tried cancelling my subscription on several occasions but was unsuccessful due to their app that kept glitching. When I emailed in to ask if they would cancel it on their end, I felt my request was ignored and I was told to cancel it myself as stated in their T&Cs. I have also seen unrecognised charges of varying amounts coming out of my account from them so I suspect fraud! I have now contacted my bank and blocked them.
Their app doesn't work so I was unable to do so.
I would like a refund and an explanation to why I have unrecognised charges.
I would have been a good customer had I not felt ignored.
I've uninstalled and re-downloaded the app several times to get it to work properly - no success*I've emailed the customer service team for them to cancel - no success
