I have sent several emails since December to find out why Bumble is continuing to auto-renew my Boost subscription when I canceled back in early December. As you can see on my account I have not been online since then because I haven’t been able to open the account since I canceled it. Please call me at ***-***-**** or email me at *****@***.com to confirm cancellation and credit back the renewal charges. Thank you. p.s. you need a customer service phone number.
