I was looking over some old e mails and stumbled across some "automatic renewal" charges that are completely incorrect. Bumble has been charging me for the last *** months of the fee $*.** and a absolute refund needs to be given back to me. I have not used Bumble in well over a year and deserve that money back even though I was under the impression I canceled the subscription over a year ago if not longer.
GetHuman-mauri_re did not yet indicate what Bumble should do to make this right.
