I have been paying for Bumble Boost the last few months, and this past week the features that come with Bumble Boost aren’t working. I can’t extend my matches, I can’t see who has already “liked” me, and I can’t bring back any matches that have expired. I’ve tried cancelling the Bumble Boost subscription and getting a new * week subscription but it still isn’t working. What can be done so I can have those festures again?
GetHuman-robck did not yet indicate what Bumble should do to make this right.
