Hi .. a few wks ago I shut down this account .. had a couple bad experiences and just wanted to be done.. I thought my membership was just a week trial period. But I have been seeing charges thru my Apple account. *Could you please lol into this? I would greatly appreciate it . I’m sure you probably can see I haven’t used it for a few weeks. *Just a bit ago I went into the app trying to find help but it was just asking me to get started and load a picture.. so I did.. hoping it would take me to the next page that would have a help button .. but it didn’t *Please help me stop these charges.
