I am having trouble with canceling my Weekly Subscription on my Android phone. I cannot find the option to cancel the subscription in the Play Store. I have searched everywhere for instructions on how to do this within the Bumble app but have been unsuccessful. It would be helpful if there was a way to remove my credit card information directly in the app settings. Can you please provide me with clear instructions on how to cancel my subscription as soon as possible? This is my second attempt to reach out for assistance, as my previous email was not answered. I am 23 years old and recently found out that my account was closed for supposedly being under 18, even though I was born in [redacted]. This situation is frustrating because Bumble has been the only dating platform where I've had any luck, and now I've been unfairly locked out with no valid explanation. I went through the effort of verifying my selfie, connecting and verifying my Instagram and Spotify accounts, so I feel really let down by this decision. If my account is not reinstated, I will have to share my negative experience online. It's disheartening to see numerous high school girls misrepresenting their age as being in their 20s on the platform.

I am confused as to why I am being charged for a cancelled account with Bumble Dating app. Many others online are facing the same problem where they continue to be billed after cancelling their accounts. I no longer wish to use your service, so please cease any charges to my account, or I will have to escalate this further. Kindly provide a credit of $24.99 to my debit card. Thank you. I suspect I have encountered a fraudulent account named Yury Bettoni. He unmatched me on Bumble before I could report his profile. He swiftly moved our conversation to Whatsapp, sharing pictures and a phone number with a Miami area code, claiming to reside in Miami and Bradenton. Despite his seemingly authentic images, he refused to meet in public, insisting on coming to my apartment. His aggressive insistence on a sexual encounter made me uncomfortable. I expressed my desire to meet in person before proceeding but he pushed for a late-night meeting at my place, raising suspicions. I declined to share my address without solid proof of his identity through a video call or a public meeting. I feel uneasy about his intentions and fear he may target others who are more trusting.

Hello, Team Bumble! I tried to connect to my account through Facebook this morning and received a message stating there was no Bumble account linked to my Facebook profile. I find this hard to believe since I used the app just last night without any issues. I have attached a screenshot of the message for reference. This is the first time I've encountered this problem. I am concerned my account might have vanished, which I hope is not the case as I had ongoing conversations. On another note, I changed my Facebook name back to "Christopher" from "Rextopher," but the update did not reflect on Bumble. On Bumble, my name still appears as Rextopher, even though it has been changed on Facebook. Could this be pointing to a technical issue? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, as well as restarting my phone, but I keep receiving the same message: "This Continue With Facebook profile is not registered in our system." I appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

Recently, I had to travel for business, and upon my return, I found that despite renewing my service, the app has been connecting me with men in the Orlando/Cocoa Beach area of Florida. There doesn't seem to be a way to disable this location feature, causing all my matches to be from there. I reside and work in the San Francisco Bay area, and this is not ideal as I'm not looking for connections in Florida. Could you please address this issue? I value the service I'm paying for and would appreciate it if this could be fixed so that traveling doesn't impact my local matches. My intention for using Bumble is not for hookups. Hello, I recently discovered a charge of £41.99 on my bank statement which I have linked back to Bumble. Although I had been using Bumble, I had intended to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, due to a serious personal accident, I have been dealing with significant challenges. Following a car accident that resulted in spinal surgery and ongoing health issues, I have been in and out of the hospital and under the influence of medication. This has affected my ability to manage subscriptions promptly. Due to these circumstances, I am unable to continue working in my role as a nurse and am facing financial difficulties. I have been a member since Bumble first started, even paid for a subscription at one point. I had the app for years without problems, but one day I couldn't log in. After creating a new profile, I received an email saying I was blocked for sending offensive messages, which confused me as I had many matches and made some friends on the app. Shortly after, my new profile was also deleted due to being reported, leaving me feeling frustrated. The lack of specific details on what went wrong or which rules were violated is disheartening. Many of my matches from the new profile reached out, shocked by the situation. I even questioned if my account was hacked. To add to the confusion, my profile only contained pictures from my Facebook, where I was dressed conservatively. The feedback I received from my matches contradicts the claims of being offensive or abusive on the app.

Hello! I have tried to contact Bumble twice, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from them yet. My issue is that I uninstalled the app for a day without deactivating my account. When I reinstalled the app, I was led to create a new account instead of accessing my old one. I realized this when the app asked me to verify a picture and none of my previous matches or conversations were there. Now I have two accounts, and I would like to restore my original account. One of my matches even mentioned that my old account is still visible in their conversation feed. I need assistance with merging or retrieving my old account. Thank you for your help.

I have been living in LA with a different phone number and SIM card for the past year, and recently moved back. In the past 6 months to a year, I have experienced hacking issues with my Facebook and bank accounts, traced back to India, which have now been resolved. I believe this may have contributed to the current situation with my account. I would like to address and resolve this matter promptly, as I feel unjustly treated without having received any prior emails regarding this issue. The stress of my identity being misused in this way, in addition to not being informed about the issue previously, is deeply distressing. Over the weekend, I downloaded the app and signed in with my Facebook account without any issues. While swiping, I saw the Verify Account option and attempted it but was unsuccessful in verifying photos. The next day, my account was blocked. I was frustrated and contacted the Facebook help service but was told my account would not be unblocked. I understand being rude won't help, so I'd like to apologize for my behavior. However, I am confused about why I was blocked in the first place since I did not do anything wrong. The verification system for accounts needs improvement. Kindly explain why I was blocked and how I can be unblocked. Thank you.

Over the weekend, I downloaded the app and used my Facebook account to sign in. I created my profile, started swiping, and everything was going fine. However, when I tried to verify my account, it didn't work. Despite my attempts, my photos were never verified. The next day, I received an email saying my account was blocked. I was frustrated and contacted customer service, but they mentioned their policy and refused to unblock me. I understand that my behavior was not appropriate, and I want to apologize for my messages. I am having trouble with the Bumble app on my phone. Initially, I was using the app as a free user, but after purchasing a full subscription, I started experiencing issues. The app would notify me of matches in the hive, but upon checking, the profiles were not there. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hoping to fix the problems, but now I am unable to log in and receive an error message saying, "Something went wrong. Let's try that again." Two days ago, my phone malfunctioned during kayaking. I've since acquired a new phone. I currently have an inactive Bumble app account linked to my Facebook and a separate active account associated with my phone number. I subscribe to Bumble Boost through the App Store for the latter account. After forgetting my password due to automatic logins, I attempted to reset it, but the process prompts me to create a new profile instead of recovering my existing account tied to my phone number. I seek assistance in resetting the password for my active Bumble app account linked to my phone number to regain access to my fully utilized subscription. I have not received any response yet. As I am paying $79 for expanded features, it is disappointing not to receive support as promised within 48 hours. I had a Bumble subscription that was supposed to last until the 24th of July. However, after deleting the app due to technical issues and reinstalling it, my subscription disappeared, and I lost access to its features. I then bought a second subscription for the following week, but still cannot access anything I paid for. Essentially, I have bought two subscriptions and cannot utilize them. This is causing me to lose money every day. I need assistance with this issue.

Hello, I recently created a Bumble account with the BFF + date mode. However, when I logged in yesterday, I was signed out and prompted to create a new profile. To my surprise, I found my previous active account while swiping through Bumble BFF. This is a mistake as I used the same Facebook and login information for both accounts. I am uncomfortable having two profiles with duplicate information out there, especially since I cannot access one of them. I kindly request that both accounts be deactivated so I can start fresh. Please contact me promptly once this has been resolved. Having personal information on a profile I can't access is a privacy concern for me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
