I cannot get the Bumble app to work on my phone. In the beginning I was not a paid subscriber. I then paid for Bumble and once I paid for the full service the app started giving me problems. It would notify me when someone was in the hive but when I opened the app to see the person and read about them they were not in the hive. So I decided to uninstall the app and download the app a second time to see if this would correct the problems I was having. This was a huge mistake because when I download the app and try to open it I get a message at login that states"Something went wrong. Let's try that again". Now I've been paying for a service for ** weeks that is not downloading or opening on my phone that I can use. Please help me resolve this problem. My email is: M*****@***.com My phone number is ***-***-****. If this problem cannot be resolved I'd like a refund retroactive to the date I paid and wasn't able to use the service.
