Hello, **I have just noticed a withdrawal of £**.** from my bank account and have traced this to Bumble. **While I have been using bumble, my intention was to cancel this ongoing subscription. I had a serious personal accident recently which has had a significant impact on my life. **I was involved in a car accident which has left me requiring spinal surgery and other associated issues. Hence multiple periods in hospital and I am talking morphine. So I am not lucid. I can provide medical evidence. **This is the reason why I did not cancel the subscription in time. **Additionally I am now unable to work as a nurse and I cannot afford the money. **I would be very grateful if I could get this refunded.
