I recently received a Samsung S7 from my son. I am having trouble accessing web mail. I believe my friend set up a gmail account with the username [redacted], but I forgot the password. I also need Bullguard security on my phone. My phone number is [redacted]. This morning, when I opened my computer, Bullguard requested my username [redacted], which is registered with Bullguard for cover on 5 devices. However, I can't access Bullguard even though my son can using the username and password 76Redrof.

On Wednesday, June 19th, [redacted], I decided to renew my subscription with Bullguard. I've been using it on my desktop and Android phone for the past year, and I was happy with its performance. When I purchased the Bullguard Premium and opted for installation assistance, I encountered some difficulties. Despite being promised a technician promptly, I waited for 15 minutes with no progress before calling [redacted]2 for assistance. Rashaun, the person I spoke to, claimed he could help with the installation. However, after a brief inspection, he informed me of several issues that needed addressing before installation, quoting a price of £[redacted].99 plus VAT. He also suggested I purchase Bullguard VPN for an additional £49.99. Feeling pressured and concerned for my computer's security, I am disappointed and worried about these unexpected developments. I miss the convenience of the previous Bullguard setup and noticed discrepancies in the protection status displayed on my phone. Additionally, I found it unusual that Rashaun instructed me to fill in banking details, which ultimately led to providing payment to a third-party company. I have spent nearly all night trying to reopen my BullGuard account that I have paid for but couldn't use for two months. The last online conversation I had was early this morning, and I still can't access it. My reference number is SRH3-GRGE-Z5RA-AAHE. They assured me the subscription is valid until February 23rd, [redacted], and provided a download link. I was confused about the password and was guided to use the one for my BullGuard account linked to [redacted], not [redacted] I'm grateful for the assistance and will attempt to log in again.

I recently bought a HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 10 just 10 days ago. I installed BullGuard, which I purchased last summer, as the second user. While I can send emails through Outlook in Office [redacted], I am facing issues receiving emails. I suspect BullGuard might be blocking my incoming emails. I have checked my settings thoroughly, but I cannot locate where I can allow BullGuard's firewall to permit incoming emails to my iCloud account in Outlook Office [redacted]. I experienced issues with BullGuard when trying to purchase their cover for my PC. The price escalated from £99 to £[redacted] due to difficulties in making the payment online, attributing the extra cost to taxes. Despite the payment finally going through, it was debited twice from my bank account. When I contacted customer service, they assured me it was a billing error that would be fixed in two days, but it hasn't been resolved. I suspect foul play by the BullGuard representative and have informed them via email that I may escalate the matter to their head office or report it to the police for cyber fraud. My next step is to attempt resolution by phone.

This is the second time I have been charged a fee for renewal! Last year, the same situation happened with BullGuard. It was only installed in December [redacted] for a year, and I believe I renewed it from November [redacted] to November [redacted] only once. I have switched to Avast for over a year now, and a computer consultant serviced my HP home PC in March [redacted] and removed any traces of BullGuard. Nevertheless, I was recently charged £49.99 on my NatWest account, which is unacceptable. I request a refund promptly. I have disposed of last year's documents, so you may find me under the name Mrs. Joelle Stockburn at 12 Dale View, High Etherley, Bishop Auckland DL14 0JH. My phone number remains the same: 07[redacted]24. I will contact NatWest in the morning to dispute the transaction. This recurring charge is unwarranted as I have not had BullGuard for over two years. Kindly address this complaint promptly. Thank you.

I was charged for a subscription without my authorization or notice, as I have not been subscribed to you for years. I do not understand why. I would like a refund in the amount of $39.33 as I have no subscriptions with you, and I do not authorize any more transactions from my bank account. They have acknowledged the request to stop communication at [redacted] and provided alternative contact options for support. The correspondence includes details like the disabling of communication for the email address mentioned and contact information for further assistance. The original sender, Marie Murphy, has informed BullGuard about the email recipient change for Thomas Murphy, specifying the correct email address for future communications.

I am having trouble uninstalling Bullguard from my computer, causing it to crash. The email support provided by them has been unhelpful, and I feel frustrated as I paid for this software. I have been unable to use my computer for two days now, and I regret the decision to use Bullguard. I encountered difficulties while renewing my antivirus and VPN on my desktop. Subsequently, a helpline representative accessed my devices remotely and found they were infected with a virus. Despite having BullGuard protection, the devices were compromised. I was advised to have the virus removed and purchase BullGuard Prime antivirus, VPN, and Sonic Wall protection products. I paid the specified amounts for these services. However, I haven't seen the Sonic Wall installed, as expected. Additionally, I am unsure about the necessity of using PrimeInfotech for virus removal and the installation of Sonic Wall, including the hardware requirements. I would appreciate clarification on these matters.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with my inbox being bombarded by unwanted and inappropriate advertisements, mostly of a sexual nature. I am also receiving notifications that my Bullguard protection might be ending or has already expired, which I find hard to believe. Despite trying to delete these unwanted ads, they keep coming back, causing me distress and annoyance. I urge for a thorough review of what is happening and swift action to stop these unwelcome messages from appearing in my inbox. I am a loyal customer who pays for your services annually and would like to know my current protection status. Thank you.

Good morning, I previously installed the Bullguard Internet Security software on two laptops, and now I've installed it on a third laptop as the software allows for up to three devices. However, I have been having issues logging in with my email and password for a week. Despite a strong internet connection, I keep getting an error message saying it cannot connect to the web service. I renewed our contract with Bullguard/Cleverbridge/Norton on January 12, [redacted]. Invoice Reference number [redacted]. Cleverbridge confirmed the payment, and £49.99 was debited from my bank account on January 13, [redacted]. However, despite confirmation from Cleverbridge, Norton claims payment hasn't been received, and we are currently unprotected. Urgently requesting assistance to resolve this issue and activate the Norton virus protection that has been paid for. Thank you.

I cancelled my BullGuard subscription two years ago, expecting a refund. However, payments have continued to be deducted each year. I feel that BullGuard has misled me, leading me to believe a refund was on its way. Now, I'm being asked to provide my bank details to address this ongoing issue, which I find concerning considering they should already have them. If I hadn't discovered these unauthorized charges by checking my bank statements, this could have carried on indefinitely. I only wanted a straightforward cancellation two years ago, and now I'm dealing with this frustrating situation where I feel scammed by BullGuard.

I recently noticed that Bullguard charged my PayPal account £49.99 without my consent or prior notification of the price increase from last year's £37.49. I am not aware of agreeing to auto-renewal with Bullguard. I am requesting the following actions be taken: 1. Issue a full refund and revise my payment agreement. 2. Cease the automatic renewal. 3. Remove my payment information from your system. 4. Provide evidence that I agreed to the subscription auto-renewal. I kindly ask for a response via email within 24 hours, by 9 am on August 18th.
