Prior to Dec ** have had bullguard for a few years. Late Dec I had to have my computer debuuged. This was done by Itech in Salisbury. When I got the computer back there was no bullguard on it . When we tried to get it back on your set up page didn*t recognise my email address, this is *****@***.com .uk. Itech put me on a trial bullguard Jan *rd we tried to reset it from or to S*****@***.com. This seemed to have taken, but, every time I switch on now there is a reminder that there are only so many days left before the trial runs out. I am concerned as you take my annual fees by direct debit every year , the lasdt being ** Nov ****. do you recognise me now? Am I paid up until ** Nov ****? Can you resolve all this and let me know?
