Please find below the email I sent to Steve Barranco, Buick Sales Manager, of Key Buick Jacksonville, FL complaining concerning the sale and sale's experience of my last Buick vehicle.*Dear Steve:*I am finally able (I was very angry) to tell you the truth concerning my last purchase experience of the **** Buick Encore.*I very much regret that I did not keep my **** Buick Lacrosse Sport Touring (luxuriously equipped) with a monthly payment of $***.** as compared to the monthly payment of $***.** for the Buick Encore with bare basics, a ridiculous difference of only $**.**. I am not happy with the Buick Encore. It is a tremendous step back in view of the ridiculous mortgage payment difference. *I told Richard Rood and you from the beginning that I wanted at least $*** less in monthly payments. You simply ignored my request.*Furthermore, in particular Richard, secretly and it could not go fast enough, while I was kept waiting in his office, emptied my Lacrosse and put my belongings into the Buick Encore, while I still had not made up my mind. I felt I was deprived of my freedom to make an independent decision. Additionally, you exercised tremendous pressure in the whole sale’s process which was not the case previously. *Also the Encore had more than ** miles* the order agreement only states ** miles. The car was previously used as a demo for potential*customers to drive around. In my mind the car was not new, deserving a much bigger rebate. I was pushed to take this car. I did not have the option to see a black car. As far as I can see from the vehicle order agreement, I got a rebate of $*,*** plus $*,***, resulting from the payoff amount of the Lacrosse, for which I only got $**,***. I should have insisted on $**,*** (payoff amount for the Lacrosse). Additionally, you collected my customer refund of my Gold Total Care Insurance in the amount of $*,***.**. Therefore, net I was only given a rebate *of $*,***. According to Consumer Reports I should have insisted or negotiated a rebate of up to $*,***, which would have reduced my excessive mortgage amount of $**,***.** for a bare basics economy car. *As stated above I am not happy with this car and the whole purchase experience. *Summarily, I feel taken advantage of.**Sincerely yours,**Ottheinz Larisch***** Castle Pines Circle*St. Augustine Florida ******USA*Tel.: ****-***-*****Cell: ****-***-******Steve called me but did not offer any remedy. As a valuable client he should have recommended to me to keep my **** Buick Lacrosse Sport Touring and not pressuring me into the sale of the substandard Encore. I requested to give me my Lacrosse or similar back. Till today no response. I want to revise my initial rating of excellent what I was instructed to say by Richard Rood to the lowest standard. If there are no endeavors made to remedy this unpleasant situation, I will never ever buy or lease Buick auto vehicles again. I feel I was being cheated.
