I recently went to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Midway in San Diego, Point Loma area. Upon arrival, there were approximately 25 people waiting ahead of us with a 15-minute estimated wait time. Despite several open tables, they were no longer seating people at the bar and the patio and some tables in the bar area were free. When I questioned the manager about this, they mentioned they were busy with a large party and couldn't accommodate more guests. After we were finally seated, it took over 45 minutes to get our food and 20 minutes for each beer refill. At one point, I had to go to the bar to find our beers waiting there. The general manager, Carol, was unhelpful and it was clear the location was understaffed, especially on a Sunday football night. Given the busy season, they should have expected a large number of guests. I am requesting a full refund for my order and possibly some vouchers to consider visiting again in the future.

I contacted the head office, incurring a £19 phone bill. They informed me that someone from the restaurant would reach out to me regarding the incident on 2nd August at the Durham branch where I suffered a throat laceration from a bone in a boneless wing. This is a clear quality concern, especially since I had to take antibiotics due to the severity of the laceration. Despite the fact that I was vomiting blood in the restaurant, they did not offer to comp our meal. The customer service provided was extremely disappointing.

When my family and I visit Buffalo Wild Wings in Wichita, Kansas, we usually go to the one at New Market Square in West Wichita since we don't live in the area. Yesterday, I called ahead and picked up my order in a rush without really checking it. I noticed the combination wing meal I paid $17+ for was disappointing as the side of fries was small, not fresh, and included overcooked fries and old "crumbs". The traditional wings were not up to the usual standard I am used to. Additionally, my order was missing the celery and carrots, which I assume I might need to request separately now. Although the server/cashier was nice and accommodating, I felt let down by the overall quality of the meal. My daughter enjoyed her Buffalo Mac and Cheese, but for $29.00, I expected a better experience. Thank you.

I have encountered persistent issues when ordering food from BWW in Ashland, Ohio. Recently, I had placed a pickup order only to discover upon my arrival that they were out of the item I had requested, without informing me beforehand even though they had my contact information. Another incident involved me being told that I had already picked up my order when I hadn't, resulting in another customer mistakenly receiving it. Despite these mishaps, I still enjoy the food but I am contemplating taking my business elsewhere due to these recurring problems. Just yesterday, when I tried to purchase a bottle of sauce, I faced further challenges with unhelpful staff members and a lack of the specific sauce I wanted. The overall customer service at this establishment has made me hesitate about patronizing BWW in the future.

Yesterday evening, I placed a large order at store #[redacted] for a gathering with my family to celebrate my Mother's return from a trip to Africa. Despite jokingly starting with the name "Big Daddy," I clarified it was Dres, and we proceeded with the order. I specifically asked for my boneless wings to be extra wet, offering to pay any additional cost for extra tossing. Unfortunately, when I got home, the wings were dry and not fresh. Additionally, I received wedges instead of fries, which didn't hold up well either. The experience was disappointing, and we ended up getting food from another place. I didn't call to complain due to past experiences, but considering the money spent and the letdown, I would like a refund.

On the night of Wednesday, September 23, [redacted], my family and I decided to stop by for wings and beer around 7 PM - 7:30 PM. Upon arriving, we, along with several other customers, waited in the front lobby for over 30 minutes. Despite noticing the need to clean tables and seeing employees moving around, no one acknowledged our presence. It was disappointing not to receive even a simple greeting or apology for the delay in service. The issue seemed to be related to poor training and oversight, rather than Covid-related constraints. We eventually left, like another family, and opted to dine elsewhere. The experience highlighted the importance of acknowledging guests to ensure positive customer service. This incident occurred in Prattville, Alabama.

I would like a refund for my recent meal order. I purchased 2 kids meals, but the chicken tenders were extremely hard and the fries were old and cold, making them inedible. Additionally, the kids did not get their drinks. Out of the 30 boneless wings I ordered, more than half were undercooked and raw. The large fries also suffered from being old and cold. Unfortunately, my husband and I both fell ill after eating the food. The only positive aspect of the meal was the quality of the carrots and celery.

Hello, I am Samantha Churchill. I ordered wings tonight, December 10th, [redacted], around 7:30 pm. They informed me that my food would be ready by 10 pm (I can share a screenshot of my order upon request). I found it unusual that my food, ordered at 7:30, wouldn't be ready until 10 pm. So, I called around 8:45 pm. When I called, they mentioned that "my food just came up" even though it was scheduled for 10 pm. Therefore, I promptly drove to the restaurant to collect my order, and found only one girl working at the To Go counter on a BOGO day. It seemed unreasonable to have only one person on duty. When I picked up my order after 8:45 pm, it was ice cold. This implies my food had been left sitting even though it was meant to be ready by 10 pm and I picked it up shortly after 8:45 pm. This situation is unacceptable. It seems your current system is not effective, leading to unsatisfactory experiences for customers. Despite ordering online for a 10 pm pick-up, my food was ready when I called at 8:45 pm, and it was cold, indicating it had been ready for at least 20 minutes. I am requesting a refund or some form of compensation for this disappointing experience at the Lansing Michigan location ([redacted]). I have faced multiple issues with this restaurant previously, and this encounter was particularly frustrating. Kindly consider offering a refund to address this matter.

Hello, my name is Jermil. I recently visited my nearest Buffalo Wild Wings in Monona, WI. I came across an email on my phone offering 6 free wings with a $10 spend. Excited about the deal, I called in my order and explained I had the email. Unfortunately, when I arrived and showed the manager, we discovered I had misunderstood the offer. The manager refused to honor the deal, insisting I pay full price or leave. This resulted in me paying $22.98 instead of the expected $13.70. Feeling disappointed, I requested a receipt for my records but was given a non-itemized one. By the time I got home, my wings and fries were cold, with the wings lacking sauce. Overall, my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was not satisfactory. Thank you for listening.

I placed an order tonight, and after picking it up, I had the worst experience. First, I checked to make sure my order was correct. When I opened my box of mozzarella sticks, the sauce was missing a lid, causing it to spill all over me and my car. When I got home and opened my box of cheese curds, there was no chipotle sauce, which I love with them. I also requested extra sauce for my wings, but they were dry. The wings were very small, almost the size of my cheese curds. I took pictures of everything, and I am really disappointed with this experience, considering it's not the first time my order has been incorrect or had issues.

On April 22, [redacted], I visited BWW for the first time at location #[redacted]. Upon arrival, I was seated and greeted. We had to wait 20 minutes before our waitress, Cynthia, came to take our order. We ordered the traditional sampler and our burgers. The appetizer took 25 minutes to arrive, and it was brought with a mistake of no sour cream for the queso. The queso was cold, which affected our experience negatively. Service was slow, with Cynthia taking over 15 minutes for a refill and forgetting condiments when requested. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Cynthia simply apologized. The overall poor service left me frustrated and ready to leave. The bill took additional time to arrive, making it a disappointing visit. I believe some reimbursement would be appropriate for the subpar experience.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and my family enjoys dining at your restaurants. Recently, I have visited the San Diego, Mission Valley Mall location multiple times, and each visit has been disappointing due to order errors. Yesterday, I encountered an issue with my order of 40 wings, 4 boneless wings, and a large onion rings. Upon checking my order, I noticed the large box of onion rings was nearly empty. When I brought this to the takeout employee's attention, they apologized and took the box back to the kitchen. I then spoke with Melinda, the manager, who cited "Covid" and kitchen staff being overworked as reasons for the mistakes. Despite explaining my recurring order issues over the past few weeks, Melinda seemed indifferent to my feedback. I am not seeking compensation but rather improvements in order accuracy and customer service at this location. Additionally, two other customers experienced similar incomplete orders. It seems there may be significant kitchen-related issues affecting the overall service quality at this restaurant. The restaurant staff has been supportive, but ongoing kitchen errors may be straining their efforts to provide excellent service.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Carson City, NV today. I ordered an avocado burger which only had 2 small slices of avocado, and the bun was soaked in sauce and stuck to the box. I then ordered another avocado burger without pico, but it came with pico and bacon sauce by mistake. The large order of onion rings was undercooked, and the extra-large fries were too thin, almost like potato chips. I received a Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. When I spoke to the manager, he only offered a gift card for half the cost. Unfortunately, most of the food ended up in the trash, and it was a waste of $51. This experience was very disappointing, especially since it was paid for with a gift card for my husband's birthday. Despite our usual enjoyment of Buffalo Wild Wings, this visit was the worst we've ever had. Thank you, Tina M. Carson City, NV

I have encountered numerous issues with receiving credit on the Blazing Rewards App and faced multiple incidents at various locations. I have attempted to reach out through the contact page on the app, as stated, for the past two years. Despite submitting over a dozen requests, no one has ever responded to address my concerns within the promised 48-hour timeframe. An ongoing problem involves missing out on time-sensitive promotions that my friends and family receive, such as double points offers, despite being a frequent visitor for three years and opting in for app notifications. I contacted support through the app to inquire about this issue but have not received any response after three months. Although I receive points for my visits and can log in successfully, the lack of communication regarding promotional offers is frustrating.

I went to the restaurant with my sister for dinner, planning to have appetizers and drinks at the bar. A manager approached us and requested that we leave, citing the discomfort of the servers. Despite not having visited the restaurant in a month, I was asked to depart. The manager, Crystal, was abrupt and used inappropriate language when requesting us to leave. This interaction happened in front of other patrons, leaving us feeling embarrassed and shocked. I do not understand why I was singled out as I only knew one server there, and I usually get takeout for my children. While the manager tried to maintain professionalism, her choice of words was unkind. It would have been appreciated if she had offered to pack my food to go instead of asking us to leave abruptly. The situation left me in disbelief as I was not familiar with the server in question or the reasons behind being asked to leave.

Tonight, my family ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings in Kohler, WI via DoorDash. Unfortunately, our order was missing two pieces of cheesecake and a side of coleslaw. When we contacted the restaurant, they mentioned they couldn't assist as it was a DoorDash order. They explained that an employee accidentally forgot to include the refrigerated bag with our food. Although we understand DoorDash was the delivery service, the error originated from Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff's response left us feeling as if we were at fault for using DoorDash. Regrettably, we won't be ordering from the restaurant in the future. After contacting DoorDash, they promptly refunded us $20.59 for the missing items. Additionally, the quality of the food was disappointing; my chicken wrap had incorrect ingredients and my husband found the wings unappetizing. As they say, the most powerful advertisement is word of mouth, so I will be sure to share this experience with others.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes to the salad menu. I used to enjoy the grilled chicken Caesar salad while my husband would have the buffalo wings, and now the new wedge salad with drizzled sauce is a major disappointment. The quality doesn't justify the price, and sadly, we will no longer be patrons due to the elimination of the delicious salad choices. If this modification was made to cut expenses, I urge you to reconsider and reintroduce the previous salad options that were much more satisfying.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this restaurant. When I ordered a buy one, get one free meal, I requested that one of the sauces be placed in a separate container due to my mother's spice intolerance. Unfortunately, they said they had a shortage of containers and couldn't accommodate my request. I then asked to cancel my order and get a refund. The situation escalated with the General Manager, Daniel, who refused to provide his last name, and I ended up leaving without the food or a satisfactory solution. I will not be returning to this establishment and simply want my $17.74 refunded. Thank you.

I faced a long wait for lunch today due to a shortage of staff, particularly frustrating during Friday lunch hours. If the staffing issues persist, they should consider offering take-out only instead. The three-hour wait exposed unclean tables, which was quite unpleasant. The distraction and lack of initiative among the staff, who seemed more interested in fooling around than assisting customers, made for a disappointing experience. I sympathize with the waitress and believe some form of compensation should be considered for the time wasted. The current management approach seems ineffective in addressing these issues.

I have encountered two problems with your Downingtown, PA store. The service quality has significantly declined. During my recent visit, it took 15 minutes to be served even though there were only two other tables occupied due to the staff being engrossed in conversation. The food was served in parts with a 10-minute gap between servings, which is concerning. Last night, on 12/7/21, I placed a takeout order for thirty wings, fries, and onion rings. Despite there being only four occupied tables and three customers waiting for orders, I was told it would take fifteen minutes, yet it took forty minutes. A drastic improvement is needed at this establishment. I am a dissatisfied customer as the quality of service has noticeably decreased, contrasting with the positive experiences I had in the past.
