I have faced consistent issues with the bottle tops chipping while trying to twist them open. I have resorted to using an opener multiple times and have even injured myself in the process. Today, unable to find an opener, I tried using a box lighter to pry the cap open, resulting in a large piece of glass breaking off the spout. This incident has left me having to pour the liquid into a glass to consume, which is not ideal for me. On top of that, there have been occasions where I had to ask someone else to open the bottle for me. Considering these inconveniences, I believe I should be compensated and urge for an investigation into the excessive glue or the difficulty in opening the twist cap. As a person with Cirrhosis who can only consume 0% alcohol, this product has been crucial for me. I am very disappointed and felt compelled to lodge this complaint after this latest incident.

Leaving the County Fair Mall location in New Minas, Nova Scotia with a 36-pack. I've been a loyal Bud fan for over 25 years and never had an issue until now. The packaging needs thicker cardboard; three cans exploded, and four rolled under parked cars, of which I could recover four. One can with a pinhole now has my coat needing dry cleaning. My goal isn't to post pictures on social media; it's to suggest using sturdier packaging for larger boxes. Thanks, I still love and support your product.

I recently bought a 36-pack of Budweiser cans and came across an empty, unopened can at the bottom. Upon further inspection, I found mold at the bottom of the Budweiser box, which seemed to be damaged possibly during handling. I returned the box with some empty cans, a few full ones, and the empty unopened can to a store in Halifax, Nova Scotia on Young Street. They advised me to reach out to you directly about this issue. I still have the unopened can without any beer inside and pictures of the box before I had to dispose of it. What steps should I take in this situation? Thank you.

I purchased an 18 pack of Budweiser at Kroger in Bowling Green, KY. The first beer I drank at home tasted rotten or past the expiration date. I am a frequent Budweiser drinker and have never encountered such a bad taste. I would appreciate a refund for this unpleasant experience. Thank you. - Richard M.

I discovered fragments of clear plastic in my Budweiser 24 oz. can after inadvertently consuming a few pieces. I managed to extract a total of six pieces, including one fairly large one, but I still have a piece stuck in my throat. I have preserved the pieces and the can as evidence. I even have a photo of the larger piece available if needed. I have been a loyal Budweiser consumer for over 35 years and a collector of Budweiser memorabilia. This is a first-time and very disappointing experience for me. I have refrained from sharing this on social media, wanting to protect the brand's reputation. I look forward to a prompt response. Thank you. Patricia Crawford

Hello, my name is Alyssa Lightbown. I am reaching out to address an incident that occurred while enjoying a Bud Light from an 18-pack I purchased at a local store. Last night, while watching football with my family, I discovered a plastic piece in the back of my throat after taking a sip. This experience has been disappointing, as I have always been a fan of Bud Light. I am disheartened by this unexpected turn of events. I kindly request to be contacted regarding this matter. I have photos available if required. Thank you for your attention.

I purchased two 15 packs of Budweiser beer with Christmas themes for the past two weekends. I am a long-time Budweiser consumer, but this holiday version tastes awful - flat and with the wrong flavor. I won't buy any more 15 packs until these Christmas ones are gone. I'm disappointed to have wasted $70 on them.

I have been a loyal Budweiser customer for around twenty years. Today, I encountered a problem with two skunky cans from a 30 pack I purchased for home consumption. The first can felt flimsy, and the second one was unpleasant as soon as I tasted it. I am unsure of the typical resolution process for such issues. I would appreciate a replacement case or perhaps a fun item like a neon light, Signature Cooler fridge, or Signature Bomber-style leather jacket. I value the product and hope that measures are in place to prevent this from happening again. I trust Budweiser, the king of beers, to handle this situation graciously. Thank you for your attention.

I have been a loyal Budweiser beer customer for years, purchasing 3 to 28 bottle cases weekly. However, I am frustrated that I am still receiving pin numbers for the expired Budweiser hockey promo that ended on November 23, [redacted]. Despite spending a significant amount on these cases, I am disappointed that the promotional items are invalid. When I inquired at the beer store, the salesman seemed unaware of the promotion's expiration and mentioned there were still many cases with this promo in stock. I expected better from a premium product like Budweiser, especially considering the price I pay per case. Initially, I thought it might be leftover stock, but it has been a month now and the issue persists. This situation is embarrassing for me as a customer, and I hope for a resolution soon. Disappointed in this experience.

Hello, my name is Phillip Mills. I have always enjoyed your beer. Recently, I purchased a 6-pack from McCools in Galashiels, and the last bottle had a terrible taste that made me spit it out. I returned the bottle to the shop, and the manager took it from me. It seemed like there was some sort of cleaner in the bottle. I am an honest person and not looking for anything, but if all the bottles are like that, it could be risky. I want to bring this to your attention so you can investigate. I have the box if that would be helpful. The shop name is McCools at TD11EZ, and their phone number is [redacted]2. Thank you, Phillip Mills.

My husband used to enjoy Budweiser Chelada when it was $1.99, but now it's $3.19. He tried Bud Light Chelada Mango for $.99, and we were very disappointed with the taste. Mango and Clamato do not go well together; it was the worst beer we've ever tried. We won't be buying it again. Just wanted to share our experience. Thank you. - Tracy V.

My husband's beloved Budweiser hat, a favorite for the first two years of our relationship, was unfortunately ruined at work. Despite his efforts to replace it with numerous alternatives, he hasn't found a suitable match. I've scoured various stores, online platforms, and second-hand websites in a quest to locate the exact hat. The hat has a plaid design comprising dark brown, light brown, and white colors, with the letter "B" and a crown above it. If anyone has any leads on where I could find this hat, I would be immensely grateful. Thank you for any assistance in helping me track down this cherished item.

I recently received a text message from [redacted] offering me $[redacted] per week to advertise Budweiser on my car. I suspected it was a scam, but then I received a $[redacted] check from Heffernan Legal Group in West Hartford, CT. The email said it was my first week's payment and the rest would cover the banner installation at a facility in my zip code. The check came from CAK in Frisco, Texas via USPS Priority Mail. I will reach out to Heffernan to verify their involvement. No terms were provided with the check, which raises further concerns. I wanted to alert others about this potential scam.

I applied online for a full wrap decal and received a text about receiving a check. The sender wants me to deposit it, keep $[redacted] for payment, and send the remainder to a decal installer named Michael Thomas. I am unsure if this is a scam. Thank you for your help.

I wanted to give some feedback on your Super Bowl commercial. My friends and I loved your Budweiser commercial! However, this year's ad fell short for us. We were really hoping to see the iconic Clydesdale horses. They're such a classic part of your brand and truly make the commercials memorable. I suggest running a poll to gather public opinion on this. Do viewers prefer the ads with people or the ones featuring the beloved Clydesdales? I'm confident that the Clydesdales will come out on top. Thank you for considering our feedback.

Hello everyone. Recently, I purchased a 10 pack of Budweiser from my local UK shop. Upon opening the pack at home, I discovered that one of the cans had been sliced open, leaving it completely empty. Oddly enough, there was no liquid in the box, and the box itself was not damaged by any leakage. When I reached into the box, I experienced a sharp pain in my thumb from the cut in the can. This incident has left me concerned about the safety of the remaining cans. I am unsure about the cause of this issue and whether it is safe to consume the other beverages. I have photos of the damaged can and box available if needed.

I am a Bud beer consumer and was shocked to find a bottle with a poorly positioned cap. This situation posed a risk of injury due to its sharp edge when opening it by hand, but I noticed in time to avoid any harm. Additionally, the beer was undrinkable. I am now considering switching to a competitor's brand. I have photos showing the potential risk, and I await your response!

For the past 30 years, we have been a loyal Budweiser family. This is the first time we encountered an issue with one of your products. I recently purchased an 18 pack that was short on beer. Normally, I buy a 30 pack, but they were out of stock, prompting me to choose the 18 pack with the intention of making another purchase the next day. Throughout the years, our family has contributed significantly to your company's earnings. I trust that this shortage was an unintentional mistake and not a cost-saving measure in hopes that customers wouldn't notice. I attempted to contact you via email, but encountered difficulties with submitting the necessary product information as prompted on your website.
