Spoke to a representative yesterday about why my rewards weren't being earned even after *** qualifying rentals and was told they are being forwarded to support for review and will be credited to my account within * - ** business days and he also said for the inconvenience he was crediting my account instantly with a $** Off Coupon Yesterday in my email which I NEVER RECEIVED! I checked my Spam Folders in my email and all my other folders and a $** Coupon is nowhere to be found currently. I asked him TWICE if he sent it over already which he replied "YES" and that I should see it within * minutes. This was at *pm yesterday.

GetHuman4442833 did not yet indicate what Budget Rent a Car should do to make this right.
