I rented a car agreement number *********. During the rental process I was asked if I wanted vehicle insurance and I told the budget rep no no vehicle insurance he indicated that there was a special and you’d be no charge if I took it **I said OK being **:** AM so I need agreement without doublechecking upon return found a charge of $*** lost waiver damage in a PhD SL charges $*** whatever that is I explain to the rep at the airport that I had not intended for any insurance never have I used insurance during a car rental since mine vehicle insurance covers regardless I’m really disappointed in what I believe he was pretty dishonest act on the part of the wrap taking a vantage of me in that I am disabled and I have difficult time hearing please call me at ***-***-**** more willing to pay reasonable rental rate seems like he only charged me five or $** a day I just don’t understand thank you
