I have purchased several pairs of Buckle jeans and have been pleased with them. However, I have noticed that the first 3-4 pairs I bought all developed a split next to the back right pocket. Despite thinking it might be due to sizing, even my most recent pair purchased at the beginning of November has started to rip in the same place after only a few wears. I don't carry my wallet in my pocket, so I am surprised by the durability issue. I am 5'7" and weigh 145lb, wearing 30R Aidens. I would like to know if there is a solution to prevent this recurring problem. I have invested a significant amount of money in these jeans, but they are not lasting more than a couple of months.

I have been attempting to contact you all day, but only reach a recording. My package was supposed to be delivered today, but it was not received at my apartment. Despite being home all day, the FedEx delivery person claims to have left it at the front door without following my specific instructions to deliver to the management office with a signature. This goes against the usual procedure as they are aware packages cannot be left at apartment doors. The FedEx delivery was switched from FedEx Home to FedEx Ground in Ocala, Florida, which could have led to the misunderstanding of the delivery instructions. I have raised a complaint with FedEx about this unprofessional behavior.

I purchased some Salvage jeans for my significant other, and after wearing them once, he noticed they fit strangely. Despite owning several other pairs that do not cause this issue, these seem to have a manufacturing defect. I no longer have the receipt, but I did use my rewards account when buying them. My local Buckle store can locate the receipt through my rewards account, yet they will only issue store credit. I prefer a refund as I intended to buy more jeans for my son who solely likes Salvage from Buckle; now, I have to shop elsewhere for Silver Jeans since he also likes those. I am puzzled why they make it challenging when they can verify the purchase falls within the 60-day return policy and see the jeans are flawed. Spending nearly $[redacted] on these jeans and having to keep them is frustrating. It seems Buckle has lost me as a customer.
